Yanks-Angels....
I'm not confident going into this series. For some reason the Angels have the Yankees number. I'll say it goes the distance but the Yanks come up short due to their lack of starting pitching. Call me pessimistic but the Angels always play the Yanks well.

The fucking Angels PWN the yankees Like Ike does Tina in the playoffs.
Fuck you dripping yankee cunts-enjoy the beatdown that will be laid upon you by the best fucking team in the league-The Angels. Let us know what you think of Vlad anal impaling and leaving wood splinters in your overrated asses over and over again as well.
Series over in 3 games. From there, the Boston Bitchslap Payback will be on in full force.

From what I hear Buck still has a bitter taste in his mouth from being fired after the 95 season and replaced with Torre. Makes you wonder if he took it easy on the Angels yesterday just to screw the Yankees out of homefield. :twisted:NYCDolFan wrote:Dear Buck Showalter,

The Yankees won the AL wild card in 1995, participating in the playoffs for the first time since 1981; but after the team's elimination, Showalter was forced out by George Steinbrenner because of personal animosity between the two in favor of Joe Torre.
"Forced out" doesn't necessarily mean fired. Showalter didn't like the fact that George wanted to fire all of the coaches, and decided to take other offers at the end of his contract period.Jeff 2K5 wrote: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buck_Showalter

The Skanks gm doesn't agree with PayRod...
Not every Yankee thought Showalter was out of line. GM Brian Cashman said he had no issue with the move and placed the blame squarely on his own franchise's shoulders, saying, "If we had won one more game, we wouldn't have to be worried about what anybody else did."

BTW the angels are 14-2 in their last 16. Talk about being on fire.

Most of the "EXPERTS" are picking the Angels...
The Angels have a better pitching rotation..
The Yankees have better bats and the best closer in my lifetime..
"Sandman" Rivera....
I think that having to go out West is a definite minus for the Yankees...
I also think that the Yankees are exhausted by the series with the Red Sox.
but they are the Yankees, they have experience and they have Joe Torre to guide them...
This series will go 5 ( I think and I hope)..
This will be a good series!!

Word.
Game 2 is on espin later.
What are we going to do without another 5-minute intro, breaking down how Fox has been covering MLB ....
for the last TEN years ...
Year-by-dramatic-year ... play-by-play --- including all the passion! ... the heartbreaks! ... the comebacks! ... the victories! ... the glory!
Followed by another 15 minutes of deep, meaningful, in-depth analysis of what happened earlier tonight.
Fuck it.
Without Fox, I'm just not going to watch.

Your mother's pussy 4
Chicago, 0 .... errrr 14
Top of the 4th.
Is this a baseball thread or what?
Todd?
Question for you. If your mother's pussy wins this meaningless game against dicks, which cock will you suck? A-Rod's, Jeter's, Torres', or Can-I-dOs?
mmmm slurp slurp slurp
Delicious, no?
Hell, even if the A's lose tonight, you have a hell of a lot of dick-sucking to do.
Or don't you remember?
fucking faggot.
Oh, my bad, you're attracted to your mother, outside of wanting to suck A-Rod's dick.

He has been a big reason why they made it to the playoffs. Nice player in my opinion. Just a bad night. They did however have 4 innings to comeback and didn't. Tony even ripped a single and stretched it into a double to get on 2nd in the ninth but alas it wasn't meant to be......

He graffed up one play. (Critical time, I might add) I like this dude.
Hits for average, makes nice plays @ 2nd and gets paid less than I do.
Okay...I made the last part up.
Why would KC let him go? Better question would be "why did the D'Rays let him go?"
I think this guy will make up for that one play. I've been watching these dudes fuck up all season and turn around and make up for their graffs.
I remember the same criticisms of Bellhorn last year in the ALCS and dude started catching fire towards the end of the LCS and in the WS. Game winning HR in game 1 of the WS if I recall.chowd103 wrote:Why?JHawkBCD wrote:Memo to Red Sox fan:
