Quite the LB clinic. PSU's LBs are really good, but I'll give you guys the nod so far.

Here's a pic you might like, though...

Penn State has the best front 7 in the country. But I have no idea how the Penn State offense will score on the tOSU defense. I think the Buckeyes cover the 3 points and add on another 10. I know they lost to Texas, but I think they beat the Horns 8 out of 10. They just did not take advantage of their opportunities in that game. Too many field goal attempts.

Sorry Jon, but trying to save face for the conference won't work here. No, way in hell they win 8 out of 10. It is unlikely that OSU gets that many turnovers from Texas again and even more unlikely that the difference in starting field position is as wide as it was.

True Penn State is on the mend but kissing PSU fans ass by saying Penn State has the best front seven in the country is a bit much, eben for you.

Lefty,

The Big-10 sucks, although it is much better than the Big-12. I'm not trying to argue anything about the Big-10. I just think Ohio State is a better team than Texas. tOSU just was not better on that day. And I also think that Texas will probably beat OU, but the Sooners do have a chance even though no one's giving them a shot.

Remind me how that Iowa-Iowa State thing turned out again. You remember, when you ran and hid.

Texas just happened to be the better team in the shoe that ONE DAY.

Jon. Note the lack of Big Ten'ers getting your back. Hell even Buckeyefan won't take your side in this arguement.

This is not to say that I don't think the Big Ten is superior, just that your particular arguements are weak.

Cornhusker,

I ran? Really? Having a nice long post giving the Clonies props on the win is considered running??? That's strange. Not that ISU has anything to do with this argument because that was just one game. Any idiot knows the Big-10 is far superior to the Mediocre-12.

And I still think that tOSU has a better team than Texas. Just my opinion. Texas will not play in the Rose Bowl, I'll guarantee you that.

showing what a FUCKING idiot you are yet again...

PSU has the best front 7 in the country but yet they almost lost to USF, gave up 20+ points to NW, and played Cincy and Central Michigan. What a fucking tool...are you sure you and mTard aren't married or siamese twins or something?

Not taking ANYTHING away from PSU (had to get that in that for you PSU Fan)...but tOSU has the better defense bar none...they held your fucking pussified offense to 6 points Jon...fuck off with your Big 12 is better than the Big 10 comment...I would say the Big 10 has the nod overall due to the relative strength at the top with tOSU, Wisconsin, PSU (if it is not a fluke), Michigan (when they are clicking), and if Iowa ever gets back on track...

yeah so tOSU lost to Texas by THREE FUCKING points again it was a #2 vs #4 matchup that could have gone either way, to say they would beat them 8 out of 10...again you are showing your mTardness here...let's focus on your Squakeyes...you guys got ramrodded by a team that wasn't even ranked (ISU - and almost lost to Army), then got absolutely BITCHSLAPPED by tOSU when you guaranteed victory...

I am still sticking to my prediction of

tOSU 24
PSU 13

or some shit like that...I feel as though PSU's young WR's will get smacked around more than ever and tOSU's LB's will keep PSU's QB in check...Troy Smith will continue to improve and TG2 breaks out this game!

Versus Texas, Ohio State had a huge home field advantage. They won the field position battle. They won the turnover margin, marginally. Despite what mTool might suggest, the two numbers that mattered the most at game's end were 25 and 22.

Based on the above and how close the game was statistically, to say OSU would have won 8 out of 10 hypothetical meetings is fucking stupid.

We aren't that bad of a team this season. PSU's front 7 is darn good, but after seeing Miami I find them to have a better D overall.

The way our front 7 have played on D this year has been a nice surprise.

Four days later! And you hadn't even been to Navy Pier with Mommy and Daddy in Chicago yet!

Mucho - no disrepect to USF...just making a point for Board Tard Jr...he looks up to his Daddy (Board Tard Sr. - m2) so much I figured I point out some flaws...

Lance...according to m2 we should be declared the winner of the Texas game and we own them...

I agree to say that tOSU would beat Texas 8 out of 10 times obviously shows bitch boys ignorance, stupidity, and general lack of college football knowledge...

Wow, that is hilarious Buckeye in sc.....

You're calling me an idiot when you post that fucking bullshit??? D-O-L-T, what's that spell??? BUCKEYE_IN_SC

When the fuck did Iowa almost lose to Army, dipshit? I don't even recall us ever playing Army.

Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb!!

And Ohio State does have a better overall defense than Penn State. Find where I said PSU's is better and I'll penetrate the living heck out of your girlfriend and take my herpes like a man! You realize that having a better front 7 than another defense doesn't always mean your defense as a whole is worse, right??? 11 guys on defense, Corky.

Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb!!

In response to your comment about my comment about the Big-12 being better than the Big-10......I have no response because I can't comment on a comment I never made. Same with the Iowa-tOSU game. I recall predicting the Luckeyes to win 27-14. I was just hoping that Coach Tressel would refrain from buying one of his players a car during the week of that game.

You really are so dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb!

Oh, and what happened to you killing yourself? Too dumb to figure out how to pull the trigger????

^^^^^

Hey Fucker re-read your post...you stated PSU has the best front 7 in the country...well 7 out of 11 players would lean toward you insinuating that PSU had the better defense...

and if you could fucking comprehend anything ISU almost lost to Army dipshit...you know one of TWO TEAMS to RAMROD your fucking pussy Squawkeyes...

and as far as you saying Iowa would never beat tOSU...we plungered your stupid, tard ass on another thread...

It's almost understandable, your over-optimistic view of the Buckeyes. After the ass-raping OSU handed your over-rated Iowa squad.

1)I don't think UM was mentioned anywhere in this thread.

2)Whether or not UM was overrated (at #3 or 4 I think they were), IOWA was in the polls, and by you, way overrated.

Hmm. PSU has a front seven that isn't even solidified as a starting unit yet.

Tamba Hali, Scott Paxson, Matthew Rice are excellent players and starters...but the second DT position is still pretty fluid.

Same with the LBs. Paul Pozluszny is a starter and definite AA candidate. Tim Shaw is looking good, but he's getting rotated off a lot still. Dan Connor is an amazing talent, but he's not starting yet, due to his prank phone call mess. So the LBs are in a state of flux also.

They looked like worldbeaters against Minnesota, but they've looked almost ordinary against other teams. They played spread teams for the first 4 games...against Minny they were able to bring pressure because the DBs were good enough to take away the passing game.

As much as I'm still celebrating the win against Minny, I think they have a ways to go yet. 6-0, and I'll be getting a little cocky.
