Trents father was only 58 and passed away last night. No details are being released. Trent will play sunday with a very heavy heart. RIP.

Trent will probably do like Favre and have one of his best games ever.
Makes me wish I hadn't picked San Diego in my office pool this week!

Damn! I know Troy Green - Trent's brother - and sat with him and his pops at the Chiefs-Vikings pre-season game in Minneapolis on Aug. 12. They were telling me how when Trent and Troy were growing up in Iowa they were huge Vikings fans and that is why Trent wears #10 - in honor of Fran Tarkenton.

Just awful. Condolences to Trent and his wife Julie and Troy and his wife Cathy and the Green family.........

^^^^^^Wow! FF with a take that didn't suck. That has to be a 1st.

As for Trent, it's going to be tough for him on Sunday. How do you concentrate on what is essentially a meaningless football game (comparatively speaking) after having just lost your Dad?

Thoughts and prayers go out to the Green family.
I hate sigs. But I lost a stupid fucking bet because a KC Paul lookalike and his sorry ass team were inferior to the greatness that is the Pittsburg Steelers.

As it turned out, you were right.
I'm tied for the lead going into Monday night, both of us in the tie picked the Steelers,
so it'll come down to points.
I blame mostly the 'Skins pathetic performance for keeping me from clinching the pool.
