Rack the #12s!!!!!

Watching the jersey retirement of Yvon "The Roadrunner" Cournoyer from Hockey Night in Canada, great highlights package that the Habs put together. Wish they had shown the Dickie Moore highlights package as well.

Rack the #12s!

Missed the pregame...watching the game though.

Cherry was dead-on about the Begin hit on Talbot..."don't be a dummy and reach for the puck". The Naslund hit from Moore was the exact same situation. Spot on stuff from Grapes tonight.

No doubt...that was the only angle that was conclusive. Weird way to tie the game.

Great game, I'm actually happy the Leafs won it. I really felt sorry watching them for most of the game. As soon as the Habs started skating around with speed the Leafs players looked like a bunch of pylons and Belfour was basically left alone making the saves. That will teach the Habs for trying too much with fancy plays, and mostly for being inconsistent.

I was scheduled to work tonight but I told my boss there was no way I was going to miss another Leafs-Habs game on a Saturday night. One of my buddies sacrificed himself and decided to take my shift. The boss finally gave in but did send me a 3 word email before I left the office: They better win.

That doesn't look good for next time

Directv doesn't believe in showing the RDS feed for any game, we didn't get a Sabres/Habs game because of it. I for one wouldn't have minded hearing a game in French.

All HNIC games are shown using the PEI CBC feed.
