Rack the Ags...
..for the effort. You guys tried to save Torush's job. However, he's gone.
We forced some turnovers. I have nothing to bitch about. Kyle did its job today (for once this season) but it wasn't enough.
Just signing in to give my props to Texas for their win. It was ugly, but champions know how to win (see OSU).
We can reset my thread on how SC and Texas are going to be in the BCS championship game now.
I have a 10 page recap on the game I will not post now...maybe later. I was just glad I got to see the game today.
Props again to Texas on thier win. The better team won, but at least we showed up today. Best of luck in the Big XII championship, and go USC in the Rose.

I was an honorary aggie fan today, for BCS purposes. Your QB look like a winner. Rack the defense for taking a deep breath and playing good football.
Rack IF and Aggie fan - I was pulling for you guys today.

It would be hard to expect anything more from Mcgee, but if he connects on a few more passes then the Aggies win that one. He realy seemed to provide a spark against OU and continues that against Texas. He was surely impressive. Texas did not come to play, A&M did and it almost turned into a disaster.

Yeah, I too was a major aggie fan yesterday. Had me goin' there for a bit. When they sacked VY for a loss on the first drive of the second half, I'm thinking', "Damn, this could happen!"
I can only echo what's already been said here... McGee has a ton of heart and skills, it appears. He should be a good one.

UNrack the Aggies for the loser corp member that flung a shovel full of horse manure into the stands at the Longhorn Band. Just when you might get all sentimental on them some maroon wearing asshole spoils it for them. It's one thing to shoot old ladies and kids the bird, but horse shit is way over the top.
It's not past Grimes County, etc.. butcampinfool wrote:UNrack the Aggies for the loser corp member that flung a shovel full of horse manure into the stands at the Longhorn Band. It hit the fan
A member of the Texas A&M Parsons Mounted Cavalry was detained by police for shovelling some horse excrement up into the stands where the Longhorn Band was sitting.
Longhorn Band director Robert Carnochan, Royal-Memorial Stadium public address announcer Bob Cole and a drum major were soiled by the flying feces. A officer in the A&M Corps of Cadets grabbed the student, who was then escorted out by police.
"They came up and asked us if we wanted to press charges,'' said Cole, who said his coat was dirtied by the student. "We told them no, but I heard they were going to charge him with assault anyway.''
Cole said the Corps officer and many other Texas A&M officials apologized for the incident.

even after seeing him twice, it's still hard to figure out why Mghee is so (apparently) hard to tackle. it ain't like he's Gale Sayers in the open field.

His passing thread is credible enough to get him the space he needs to take off. He's got some good spedd, and some wiggle. IMO, a good running QB is one that can get defenders off balance, literally. It's hard to plant your feet and launch for a tackle when you're also thinking about defending a quick pass.
I haven't seen this guy before the other day, but he looks to me like he'll be an effective mobile QB.

McGee's passing numbers vs. OU (~2 quarters) and UT were 9-29, 83 yards (0-6 against OU).PSUFAN wrote:His passing thread is credible enough to get him the space he needs to take off.
