NOT YET!! We gotta keep him long enough to wrap up the #1 pick.Red wrote:Capers is gone in 5... 4... 3...

What the fuck are they going to do with Reggie Bush? You can't run a direct snap to him on every play.Rack Fu wrote:They looked so good in the first half that I was worried that they would screw themselves out of the first pick and Reggie Bush. They came through in the second half.

The Texans sorely need to revamp the o-line. When they get the #1 overall, I hope they trade down a bit to get a top lineman. Then spend the next seven picks on linemen and hope a few of them stick as starters.
Here you go.Dinsdale wrote:I need more information before I post.

After watching Tom Brady sans running game yesterday, I submit that Brady wouldn't do any better in Houston than Carr has. When a team falls apart, you could have Joe Montana under center and it wouldn't mean a damn thing if he's laying on his back every other play.Red wrote:Anyway, while Carr is no Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, he has had very little offensive support. I don't think very many "elite" QBs would thrive in that offense as it stands now.

So? He's got to be a few points higher than George W. Bush.Cicero wrote:Heath Shuler - 16
WTF? This guy is running for Congress?
True, but either on of them would be a lot better than Brees with San Diego's all-star lineup.BSmack wrote:After watching Tom Brady sans running game yesterday, I submit that Brady wouldn't do any better in Houston than Carr has. As someone who USED to live in the New Orleans metro....the Texans are'nt doing shit I haven't already seen the Saints do at least once.stuckinia wrote:The Texans seem to be writing a textbook on horrible ways to lose in the NFL.
When it comes to losing in horrible ways, NOBODY has a leg up on the Buffalo Bills this week.Mississippi Neck wrote:As someone who USED to live in the New Orleans metro....the Texans are'nt doing shit I haven't already seen the Saints do at least once.stuckinia wrote:The Texans seem to be writing a textbook on horrible ways to lose in the NFL.
