No one said they couldn't, dipshit. Indeed, they can... but they're not, because carrying his program makes them MONEY. We were not talking about MONEY, we were talking about CREDIBILITY. On this issue, Disney/ABC has ZERO credibility since they have already shown that they will hang onto a known drug user provided the format pays. Furthermore, by hiring Paul McCartney and The Rolling Stones for the last two Super Bowls, both the NFL and Disney/ABC have further shown that drug use is not a disqualification for hiring even if said drug use was known prior to hiring.
