Terrell Owens=the franchise killer

Post by The Assassin »

He leaves the Whiners in disgrace and they fall apart.

He leaves the Eagles in disgrace and the Eagles fall apart.

Which team will make the mistake of signing this human brain tumor and be the next to diminish?

Wrong, wrong, and wrong.

They were falling apart, and he got the fuck out of dodge while the getting was good.

He didnt leave shit. He was forced out, and still could be brought back. Does he share some blame in the collapse, yea. But if you are gonna lay all of this on T.O. then dude was totally right. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYED. Truth in all of this is ......... INJURIES kicked Phillys ass. Not T.O.

The team that wants to win with the best WR in the game. They will also realize, that with his past they will sign him below market value, and dude will have more than learned his lesson.

Whats next? You gonna blame the raiduh tank this season on T.O. also? Save the keystokes before you even think about it. duh's would be a hooooooooo lot better had they signed T.O. instead of Moss.

Jeff Garcia appears to be a pretty good coach killer at this point.

Actually- the influence of the TO situation in the locker room was HUGE. Injuries killed the Birds- true... but this was a factor as well.

And he was being paid- no one felt he should get to redo his 7 year contract after only ONE year. That was all Jew Rosenhaus' idea...
Yeah fuckers.... I'm back

Don't kid yourself. As bad as TO got in the locker room, the injury bug has been plaugaging the Eagles all season starting with the loss of (gasp) Pinkston..

The defense has also been terribly inconsistant and the Eagles waited too long to put Trent Cole in.

Seahawks look real good. The NFC will be fun to watch down the stretch before the conference champ reaches the Super Bowl and get their asses kicked by the AFC.

He can't. It keeps his liver from falling out.

Harrison and Randall Moss are better than TO. His immaturity and the distractions he brings knocks him down to the 3rd or 4th best.

I'd take Hines Ward and Chad Johnson over that cancerous dumbfuck, too.
Everyone forgets Steve Smith who has had a fantastic year with an average QB--

True. Forgot about him. I think Delhomme is a cut above average, though.
Fair enough. Delhomme had a great October but a very inconsistent November. I'll agree he is above average but not by much. He has to cut down on his interceptions.

R, great question.

However, its not exactly a question of me defending him as it is more of a question from me, of why everyone is hating on him.

Look back. I have never claimed him to be a role model. I used to clown on him every night he was in prime time. I have called him a pub hound many times. I ridiculed him for signing with Drew. I also ridiculed him for threats to carry any of the shit from the off-season into the regular season.

I never said he was the smartest guy in the world, but I do not expect him to play the role of "Step and Fetch," as basically every one on the face of the earth does at this point.

Care to discuss this issue more?
