Fantasy Question

Post by BBMarley »

Well- I took over the #1 seed and am going into the playoffs riding a 7 game winning streak. I am a little concerned about the Colts situation as I have James, Harrison & Vandy- but until they out right say they are sitting'em- I have to start em.

I need an opinon on my # 2 RB. James is my #1- on my roster for the #2 I have Julius Jones (Washington), Ryan Moats (St Louis), DeShaun Foster (Atlanta), Samkon Gado (B-More). I am torn who to start- Jones is losing carries toBarber, Moats had a great game last night- but lost alot of touches late in the game to Mahe, other than one or two games Foster has been inconsitent and Gado has been known to have fumblitis. My first instinct is to play the match up and put Moats in against St Louis' 3rd worst rush defense...

What do you all think?

Moats would be my choice too. Did the Eagles shutdown Westbrook for the rest of the season or did he just miss the game yesterday?

I would go w/ Foster. ATL's run def is suspect and the Panthers are going to come ready to play.

Hold off and see what happens with Foster. From what I hear, the Bucs knocked him into next week. He may be back to sharing time with Davis. Gado looked good, but the Lions clearly were of a mind to make sure Favre didn't beat them. Moats just abused the Giants. My gut would say to go with Moats. But if Foster is practicing and taking all the 1st team reps, you can make a case for him as well.

They are saying no surgery- but he will be out for a few weeks- it would make sense for them to just rest him the rest of the year. No need to risk aggrevating it or making it worse.

What I am hearing is that Westbrook has a Lis Franc sprain. That's the same injury that sidelined Duce Staley for a season a few years back. Wether he needs surgury or not, I can't see any reason why, after the loss to the Giants, why the Eagles would risk Westbrook.

Edit: Westbrook is on IR.
