SeaBass likely out after season.

Post by ChargerMike »

Sumptin tells me he won't be the only casualty...

• Oakland's kicker, former first-round pick Sebastian Janikowski, has killed his team this season. Janikowski now has the lowest field-goal percentage of any kicker in the league. That would be bad on its own. But the fact that Janikowski once was a first-round choice makes it worse. His performance has been so shaky that the Raiders will consider releasing him after the season.

He's had a very poor season.

For his career he's been pretty good, 79%.
The only kicker in the Hall of Fame, Jan Stenerud, hit 77% of his kicks.

As a first round selection, of course, Jano has been a disappointment.
Not hitting the long FG's with the regularity he was touted for.

If he's cut, I won't cry.

All taking Janokowski at a ridiculously high pick did was piss off Gruden and eventually lead to the exit of the best coach you have had in two decades.

Oh that and the fact that he has turned out to be much much much much less than advertised.

But at least he did hit that huge pressure kick....errrr....ammmm....ummmmm well never.

But don't feel bad Faiderfan, by the time we all look back on the Gallery pick in five years or so you will have much bigger bust first rounders to cry about.

One pick away from Eli and you got Robert Mandrich instead LOL!

Live with that Faiderfan!
