How Many Teams Would Brett Favre Start For?

Post by See You Next Wednesday »

It's easier to count the teams he wouldn't:

Colts
Patriots
Bengals
Steelers
Seattle

Marginal:
Carolina
San Diego
Denver
Eagles (If McNabb healthy)

Then you are a fucking fool. Straight up. Obama is the dumbest motherfucker who has ever run for President.

He wouldn't start for any team with an eye on the future. About the only teams he'd be starting for are teams that think they're a QB away from contention right now. And even with that in mind, thirty-four turnovers with time on the clock for a few more is a bitter pill for any team to swallow.

Vick made the Pro Bowl... no way he'd start for Atlanta.

Plus... didn't they dump his punk-ass years ago for a kicking tee and some used jockstraps?

He would start for the Bears. Interesting mental image of Fav-ruh in a Bears uni.

The following teams he would start for:

Arizona
Detroit
San Fran
Bucs
Saints
Miami
Buffalo
Jets
Texans
Raiders
Browns

Vikings, Titans, Eagles and Rams I could see him starting for if their normal stud QBs were unable to comeback.

Favre= Unitas/Namath as they were going out...

He leads the NFL in interceptions, and is about to set an NFL record for most interceptions in a season.

Favre has stayed at least 2 seasons too long.

I doesn't seem that Favre is shot, physically. Unitas' and Namath's bodies were both destroyed at the end. Bret has always thrown alot of picks and it comes as a result of him trying to win games single-handedly. This year he has no choice, ergo, alot of risky decisions that have cost him in terms of INTs.

I think Favre has one really good year left in him. I just dont see it happening in a Packer uni though.

I agree , maybe even 2 years .

Even at his age , he still is one of the better gunslingers in the NFC . He still can chuck the ball downfield .

Hell , he would better on the Raiders than Collins is right now .

Fah-rve is just one family member cancer, death, or coming-out-of-the-closet incident away from another 6-8 good months of ball.

Don't talk to him.

So knock it off, alright?

Leave him alone.

Favre INT escalation = Jevon Walker (IR)

When you lose your bucket, how do you bail out the water from the sinking ship?

My god, you're idiot!!!

Does Jevon whisper into Favres' headset on passing plays... and tells him to throw it to the other team???

Teams he would? Or teams he could?

Teams he could.....
SF
Baltimore
Lions
Fins
Cards
Vikes
Bills
and pretty much anyone else without a current or soon to be franchise guy.

Teams he would............

Green Bay needs a lot of help. Any way they can trade up and get the top 2 picks (or 2 of the top 3)? If Houston fucks up and wins, (very possible v. SF) there's a 5 way tie for last. Either way probably a 3 way tie for second last. N.O wins the tie break at 1-10 in conference if all are 1-5 in division and no head to heads?

No savior for GB. Trade Brett now and get what you can, unless he hs a no trade clause.

So what, if Brett Favre would've started for us, we would've won the Super Bowl.
