Moss has been playing hurt for the bulk of the season.

Raye will be looking for work, as will Norv.
The BOTH suck totally.

Oakland's O-line play was a complete joke this season, providing Collins limited opportunities to be consistent with a deep passing game.

Collins is a mediocre-to-below-avg NFL QB talent.
Horrible game-management skillz, in my estimation.
He is the antithesis of Rich Gannon.

Oakland lost it's best 'possession' receiver early, Ron Curry, further deepening their hole.

All in all it was a pitiful season, the worst I can remember in all my years as a fan of the Silver and Black.
Only the Jeff George/Joe Bugel year rivals this one.
Callahan's second year is in consideration. lol

Best thing now is that it's over.

We shall rise again.
