The Defense and Special Teams. The offense has "ran wild" since 1999.

BTW, It was meant in jest. Go get plungered on your own bowl topic.

I think this game is going to be so important for recruiting b/c I see that PSU and FSU are in the mix for a lot of the same players i.e. Harvin, Hazelton and possibly bright.

Agreed. Maryland's recruiting momentum has utterly evaporated, and UVA's is not far from something similar. There is great talent in ACC territory, and PSU is moving in on it.

I kinda agree w/ you. I think Bright stays true on his commitment and it comes down to Bobby on his official visit on 1/13. I think if FSU wins the bowl game, that Harvin is ours.

Bright, Hardick and Mincey are all boys. They are Noles for sure. All we have to do is hope that they make the grades and enroll this summer. They were supposed to enroll in january but all three got pushed back due to grades.

IF they make the grades, Bright and Mincey will have an IMMEDIATE impact.

Just came across this link:

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/f ... index.html
4. Vidal Hazelton (6-2, 200) is the nation's No. 2 receiver prospect out of Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia. He was leaning toward Miami early, but much has changed. He has visited Miami, Penn State, USC, Virginia Tech and Tennessee. Penn State and USC have crept to the top, but look for Miami and Virginia Tech to make a late push.

If PSU lands Hazelton...we're probably looking at the best WR corps in the nation in '06. Morelli's gonna have a good two years.

Don't count on Hazelton enrolling this year. Rumor is he is in the same boat as LeSean McCoy.

I'm with PSUfan... I see Hunt having a great night. Possibly the most underrated player in the B10. He's just been in the shadows of Robinson and Poz is all.

What worries me most is how PSU comes out of the box. If you've watched any of PSU the past several years, they have a MAJOR propensity to piss themselves the first quater or two, then take the diapers off and proceed to shit themselves... then clean themselves and underbritches up and actually play in the second half. 'Xactly what they did vs. NW this year.

That's what worries me most... FSU lighting up PSU early. I wouldn't be surprised in the least... regrettably.

Also looking forward to watching Poz. Can't wait. hell, Hali too. I really think the PSU D is going to disrupt a young Weatherford.

I believe the Geno Hayes will get a lot of PT this game due to Marcello Church's broken leg and also from AJ being a complete idiot.

Should be fun to watch PP, no doubt about that!

If you have seen FSU play this year...you wouldn't be worried about them lighting anyone up early. We usually take it to half time with 10 or less points.

Poz is amazing, but keep an eye on Dan Connor, as well. I haven't seen a kid get to a good tackling angle faster than he does. He is the most instinctive LB I've seen play at PSU in a long time. I think he'll make a huge impact next year, with more time in the weight room, and experience.

Tamba Hali is another player to watch. He can be totally unblockable at times.

Indeed.

Here is to FSU keeping it close the first half and then fucking laying into the nittany's in the 2nd half.

Wont be hard.

Your team will just have to come out the tunnel.

My real prediction:
FSUs D - 20
PSU- 17
