WOW

ROuse is one hell of a player(i'm sure Nebraska is in contact with him, as we speak).

I heard it was for 3 Failed Drug Tests.

SHit, 3 failed drug tests would get you a 85% discount at the mall under Bowden! What's the deal?

FSU released a statement that they got run for behavior detrimental to the team. They went on to say that there will be no further comment rgarding it.
Must have been some serious shit as Bowden historically gives his boys second chances and benifit of the doubt.

Actually Rouse is a high maitnence head case and FSU will probably be the better for cutting him loose. Lewis , I can't rely say much other than he started 3 games this year.
I wonder if they will be able to go to another d1 school or will they end up at alcorn state or Iowa?

Well, if they're good enough to play for Iowa right now, I'd think they'd jump early for the NFL instead.

Runor has it both men failed a drug test. Both had been disciplined earlier this year for behavior, so they used up their chances. Fortunately we are 8-9 deep w/ WR so i could care less. Rouse was a prima donna that just caused problems. Now McDaniel will commit to us at WR being that the depth chart just got trimmed. Good to see Bobby not play favs and do whats right.

Trix, Meyer and the Gates have a great class this year, but this wont hurt FSU. Bobby is the best recruiter the past 25 years. He has weathered storms before.

There was a rumor last year that when Rouse came to Texas for an unoffical after the Army All-American Bowl he went into Mack's office reaking of Pot. Also his mom was pulling for him to choose Texas because she wanted him to get away from some of the bad influences around him in Florida.

This is one of those times when I can thank God for unanswered prayers. (no I didn't pray to get him) but I did really really want him.

Nolesy, they are told when these tests are going to take place. That is why I am not upset he got the boot. It is at least a week notice before the NCAA comes in and he supposedly failed three? What an idiot.

Fuck Rouse. TO jr if you ask me. Richard Goodman and Greg Carr were the best receivers from last years class anyway.

Lewis is what is going to hurt. We are too fucking thin at OL to lose a pot smoking fuck like him. Hopefully we get Walker and Franklin to sign in Feb...

Contrary to what Trix is saying...FSU will likely sign McDaniel at this point, which would actually be Bobby STEALING one of Meyer's.

Contrary? Dude.....we have one of the best classes in recent memory. Uhhhhh......you just came off a five loss season, your defense is a huge question mark after you had the FIRST fsu team ever to give up 20 pts in a game for SIX straight......it ended at NINE games in a row giving up 20+ pts per.

Yeah, you guys are sitting pretty.

Our def giving up that many points is a testament to our inept offense. Our defense showed what it was all about in the last 2 games. Defense is not our problem. We constantly put top Def players in the draft.

Wow....I just pointed out where you have given up at least TWENTY points a game for nine straight to finish out the season. Sticking your head in the sand is not going to change anything. Just because you have a lot of players drafted does not mean you have a great defense LAST YEAR or next. I fail to see a correlation of past draftees affecting the CURRENT defensive status.

The reason we gave up so many points b/c our def had to go balls out every series and was on the field way too much. Fatigue comes into play. Not saying we didnt have def lapses but I dont believe that our def is our problem. No one in Tally is worried about the D. Costly turnovers and bad field position is more to blame.

The guy had that game changing quality.....meaning he could go the distance anytime he touched it. Yes, he had huge attitude issues. And that's why he is gone.

Is it your contention that your defense gave up 20+ per game for NINE FREAKING STRAIGHT GAMES because of your OFFENSE? That is an ignorant statment. Now Jeff is being blamed for the defense.

Dude, what the fuck is going on in Tally? You guys need to go in another direction before ALL the wheels fall off.

When fans start blaming everything on Jeff Bowden you are pretty close to rock bottom.

PS It's okay to comment on Mickey Andrews.

The wheels arent falling off. Correct me if Im wrong but didnt UF have back-to-back 5 loss seasons not to long ago? Sometimes teams have a season where things just dont go your way.

Injuries and playing tons of freshman also were a factor. No one in Tally believes the wheels are falling off. We have tons of talent and are bringing a very nice class in this year.

Nice dodge......I say again....are you blaming Jeff Bowden for your defense giving up over 20 points a game for nine staright games?

PS FSU has ALWAYS had tons of talent. That's why you should worry.

Two in a row over your team and we'll roll you next year as well. Urban is building.....something big......never said FSU wasn't a powerhouse but since Weinke has left? Miami was awful for a few years while UF was dominant.......if you add it all up I bet its pretty close over the last ten years between the three.

Nice "past ten years" card though. I know FSU is gripping when they start the "past ten year" crap. Let's focus on NOW. UF is loaded and loading more. Senior QB at the helm. I like us to win the SEC this coming year.

I guess it comes back to the direction of the programs. We have a young eager coach while you have a decrepit old man holding on only to keep his record win total. That equal 4-5 losses a year from here on out.

It's a great day today.

Funny....we had Ron Zook for three years. I like the new guy. Since UMIII has been here hardly anyone has been in trouble. Weird.

Again, you reference the PAST. How about now? Oh......'bode, eh? I guess that is why you keep going to the "last ten years" or "your 2003 class".

You didn't comment on where each program is right now, today. You still haven't commented on your contention that its Jeff's fault that your defense sucked this year.

This conversation is over. Instead of actually taking the time to comment on your troubles, you keep trying to divert back to UF. Which owns your program right now.

34-7

FSU signing McDaniel would be CONTRARY to your statement.

Why are you talking about defense? It has nothing to do with your original statement and I didn't bring it up in my reference to FSU possibly stealing a Gator recruit, which again is contrary to your original statement. See Below.

Fuckin Trix. You win two in a row and you start acting as if you own us. Jeezus. Typical classless Florida fan. I knew there was a reason that I passed on you guys in order to go to FSU. Yeah, last year, you had the better team. Every new year is diff my man. Mickey has some work to do on that D and he will get it done. He has been coaching a long time and is more respected than Mr. Strong. You fuckers act like you guys won the SEC this past year.

Cro left b/c his fam has money issues w/ medical bills. He wouldnt have come out if he didnt think he would go late 1st, early 2nd. Same w/ Ernie. Ernie has a history w/ injuries, plus he is going to go in the 1st Round. Wish they would have stayed but I am no too worried about LB.

Wait.....why the fuck am I defending my program t you? Last time I checked we have more national titles, have more respect throughout the nation and put more guys in the NFL and have overall better players. The ship will be righted, it always does.

More respect? Are you fucking kidding me? Your program is looked down upon with reckless kids. You are the new Miami Thug University. Fucking a......wyatt sexton, AJ nicholson, fred rouse, that's right off the top of my head.....gambling much? Drugs much? You are a fool. Academically you are a second tier university in the latest rankings.

Better players? 34-7? Better? Fucking tool.
The ship will be righted, it always does.
Says who? Leave things alone and they will fix themselves? You have zero discipline on your team. That's the problem. Your coach drools all over himself. The inmates run the asylum.

We kicked you up and down the field last year. Three years ago we were robbed by your officiating crew.

Yeah, that ship will be just fine. FSU=titanic

Ok, let’s just see how bad you are “beating the living shit out of us”

You have a total of 27 commits. You have 4 five star players, 18 four star players (soon to loose McDaniel), and 5 three star players. For a grand total of an average of 3.98 stars, which equals currently #1 in the country per Rivals.

FSU has a total of 18 commits with 2 five star players, 10 four star players, and 5 three star players. For a grand total of an average of 3.72 stars, per Rivals which puts us at #7 in the country. Considering we are 9 less players and only .26 difference in star average per Rivals, yeah, I’d have to say…you guys are really laying the wood.

Now, from now until Wednesday, the only thing UF can do is drop. Loosing players like McDaniel will do that to you. FSU has a nice chance to move up, especially with a few of the recruits we are going after (Spiller/McDaniel/Sims/Grant/Walker/Sapp/Jenije/Morgan). Couple that with the fact that we are looking to add 10 more players in the next 8 days. Look for us to close strong as always.

UF will have a better ranked class in the end (and I’m not disputing that), but to say as ignorantly as you do “We’re beating the living shit out of you”, now that is laughable. It’s obvious that you have trouble admitting when you are wrong.

Also, I’m not the one getting defensive about anything…just proving you wrong/ignorant of recruiting once again.

Wrong?

Where have either of you addressed what's going at FSU? Five losses, defections, drug abuse(wyatt, lewis, rouse, etc), poor coaching, poor defense, suspensions, dismissals.........instead, you losers just try to bang on UF which has kicked your ass of late.

HELLO? Get your fucking heads out of the sand.

What was that captain?

You brought up recruiting...I just corrected you on it.

Five losses - can't have 10 win seasons every year. Our dynasty run was something special and it will take a lot of hard work and luck to get back there.

Defections - you're obviously an idiot.

Drug Abuse - not cool at all. Kids just keep on fucking up. I suspect you think this is Bobby's fault.

Poor coaching - biggest downfall of all in my opinion. As Nolesy puts it "Drunk man behind a Ferrari"

Suspensions - I'm glad Bobby doesn't let that shit go on. Props to him for suspending players after they fuck up regardless of their name.

Defense - Young DB's. Did you see the Penn State game and the Big 10 offensive player of the year against our "terrible" defense?? If you think our D wont be great, again, I have to say, you're an idiot.

Dismissals - I think I've got this one covered with my comments in your suspension catergory.

Did I answer everything for you? Now, wanna talk more recruiting? Uhh, I mean do you want to start backing up your claims of "beating the living shit out of you"

Didn't think so...

Thanks for addressing.....I guess.

I do not think your defense will be great after all you lost....both DTs, three LBs, Two safeties.

It's that attitude that is fucking you up right now..."we're FSU so it doesn't matter".

I expect 3-4 losses for you guys again. Miami and UF are two right off the bat. I don't think your defense is good enough.
