Adam V. no longer with the Patriots?

Unlikely but still possible. He likes New England and teams will have to bring some serious loot to lure him away. BB isn't likely to let the most clutch kicker in NFL history go too easily but he wont get into a bidding war over it either.

Thats exactly why they didn't franchise him. PLus the Pats have money to sign other more important guys. Seymour being tops on that list. I love Vinatieri and all but football is full of tough decisions. Lawyer Milloy is a perfect example.....

I could see Belichick's old boss Parcells backing up the Brinks truck.
Hope it doesn't happen, though, a half-decent kicker could've gotten the Cowpokes
past the Redskins and in the playoffs.
