Toddowen wrote:Sorry, Radiofan. No basball on Sirius radio, and football season has drawn to its conclusion yet again. Instead, you get to listen to Howard Stern until next September. You don't get baseball, you don't get FOXnews, you don't get Bob Dylan having his own radio show on Deep Tracks XM-40 starting in March. But, you get the "king of all media". Sounds enticing. :) :P
Sorry dipshit, you seem to be under some sort of impression that I care about Stern, even though I've never listened to dude in my life. I subscribed to Sirius in December 2004, for the NFL, NBA and college football and basketball play-by-play, not for Stern nor any other talk show host.

And Fox News? Are you fucking kidding me?

First of all, we have two Fox News on-air radio affiliates in Tulsa already. Secondly, I don't listen to TV broadcasts over the radio, PERIOD. Larry King and Greta van Cuntstran are bad enough to see. If you honestly sit around and listen to Fox News over the radio, you are an even bigger fucking tard than possible up to this point, which is saying a lot, Oedipus.

Would I listen to a few of the WS of baseball games on Sirius if I were say, on the road? Sure.

Is this tournament and hundreds of meaningless, slow, boring-as-fuck, 4+hour games for six months worth it VS. the NFL, the NBA and college Fball and the NCAA tournament? Well, I guess if I were a pedophiliac Fox-News listenin' Yankee fan, I suppose it would seem like a good deal.

Btw, I'll watch this tournament. But now that Tarddowen has sashayed in with the "I'll have XM while at work," take, I'm hoping McCarver calls all the games on XM.

Yep. I feel the same way. Hope I'm wrong though.

Too many games on Deportes only and horrible start times. 4pm eastern for Mexico/USA and Canada/USA during the week? Only baseball could fuck this up.

Not to sound like the ugly American but does ESPN actually think we're supposed to fork over money to pay for the Spanish-speaking channel just to watch this tournament that may or may not exist beyond this year? I'll be glad to watch most of these games if they were on ESPN and ESPN2. Would those broadcasts be done in both English and Spanish on Deportes?
