Harrington is staying in Detroit and has been working with Martz early on to learn the offense. They also signed Shaun King before free agency started. I'm wondering if Kitna is coming in to play the same role as Garcia was in for last year...be the backup but push Harrington for the starting job. I wonder what this means for Orlovsky with Harrington, Kitna and King on the roster.
The Lions always signed Corey Bradford yesterday and re-signed return specialist Eddie Drummond. I wonder with the Bradford signing if that means Millen is shopping any of the three young receivers. I'm sure they'd love to unload Rogers.
Lions sign Kitna

I think they're looking at him as a possible WR.Shoalzie wrote:I'm wondering if Kitna is coming in to play the same role as Garcia was in for last year...

They might be able to send him to Baltimore for a couple of bus tours of DC.Shoalzie wrote:I'm sure they'd love to unload Rogers.
Striving to be a victim of Polly's plagiarizing ways.
Apparently the Lions re-signed Kalimba Edwards as well.

I had to giggle at Kitna's comment that he's 'very impressed' with the organization'. He can't possibly be talking about the Lions.
The Lions also add TE Dan Campbell, former of the Cowboys...

The Lions are being active in adding skill position players but they still haven't addressed the offensive line. They franchised Jeff Backus but they need figure out what they want to do at left guard. Kosier signed with Dallas, who took over for DeMulling, who was horrible after they picked him up last year.
