The only thing you are better than Vince at is Drinking Natural Light and capping muthafuckers with SWBYP's.
Well... yeah. I mean, hitting people with a phonebook takes AIM. I mean, it's not like I was just tossing the phonebook near some great receivers and letting them run under it. ...and I SURE wasn't throwing it sidearmed. :D

Congrats, Wags. Good win.

It really doesn't matter how you throw if it gets the job done.

I think it's hard to compare the RB successes of Mack and Bob. Texas, prior to the Chris Simms experiment with 3 and 5 wide sets was primarily a run oriented offense. Mostly power I in the late 90s and a shift to zone read later on. Upon Stoops arrival at OU some dude same Heupel was flinging it around like Tecmo Bowl had become real. Not much running game in the early years. Hard to compare the 2 teams with the differing offensive philosophy. Plus why is every post and topic seem to be aimed at NFL success and a total bitch fest. The best part about college ball is that all the great players who leave everything behind and never go on to the next level. Plus there are always plenty of players who come from nowhere and dominate the pros and plenty of hype machines that turn out to be busts. For me when the eligibility is up, we say goodbye and prepare for the next recruits to fill in. Sunday is a day to recover from real football, not watch the NFL. And on the topic of running backs, I think Quentin Griffin just scored again...

Actually I agree

The reason I quoted him is because he has been one of the biggest ass holes when it comes to slamming Vince Young. So it came as a bit of a shock that he actually said something positive. I hate Mel Kiper as much as anyone but in every interview I have heard him on, he has been very very consistant. At lease that lends a bit of credibility.

Cowherd's definitely shit-stirrer. The PSU boards are always melting over this or that dig du Jour. I have never (knowingly) heard the man's show.

i heard it several times last fall when i had the flu....and was lying on the futon for hours and hours on end. you aren't missing anything. he contradicts himself all the time. to quote the great Billy Squier: "whichever way the wind blows". emphasis on "blows".
