Is he headed to Canton?
Just take a look at his stats...

I agree Art Monk should be in the Hall... but were talking about Jimmy Smith, and he has nothing to do with Art Monk.
When voting, should they have a... only if Art is in next to Jimmy Smith's name?
I'm asking if you think Jimmy Smith should be in. I myself would have to go with yes if I had a vote.

C. Martin is a GREAT player.
First ballot HoFamer.
He's likely going to end his career as the 2nd or 3rd all time rusher.
Oh, and Martin also has over 3000 receiving yards for his career.
Jimmy Smith doesn't belong in the same breath with Curtis Martin.
If Smith gets in then what about the great Irving Fryar, who had as many catches as Smith, and more yards...?

Yeah but you didn't wear the uniform and you didn't go to all the practices like the summer two-a-days and all that shit. That's some intense shit, dude. Plus he was helping out the qbs in practice during the year, helping the other receivers like Irvin and those dudes break down film. It's a 53 man roster and every player counts. Rack Jimmy Smith for his rings.mvscal wrote:Yer a Fuckin Jerkoff wrote:Jimmy Smith got two rings with Dallas in '92, '93Neely8 wrote:Smith has no rings either so that kinda hurts him in the Vs. Stallworth/Swann debate.
He had the exact same number of catches for the Cowboys during those years as I did.

Aikman, Smith and Irvin didn't need any 'help' those years, especially from the 4th-5th WR on the team. No HOF for Smith.
