You have to remember that Mack is largely recruiting home-grown talent. Austin is an easy-sell when you consider the kids won't have to be half-the-country-away from their family and friends. Austin is a great college-town that is an absolute pussypalooza if you are on the team. Mack is a hell of a recruiter but you even just a decent one should be able to recruit successfully there.
