I want to have faith because they did such a good job with the casting of the first one... but c'mon! Heath Fuckin' Ledger? Bad bad move I think...

Jim Carrey would have been the best choice, but he already played the Riddler in Batman and Robin.

Jim Carrey would have been the best choice, but he already played the Riddler in Batman and Robin.
Honestly- Crispin Glover. He was rumored a while ago and he would have been perfect- look and personality.

Indeed. Joel Schumacher absolutely ruined those last two his neon lights and snappy one liners. It was absolute crap.

Batman Begins was definitely a major step back in the right direction.
