TOOL and Family Values Tour

Post by Fat Bones »

Got the tickets yesterday for the San Antonio stops.

I'm really looking forward to the Deftones and of course, Tool shows. I don't care about seeing Korn, but for curiousity's sake; I'm sure after many a beer in that environment, they will put on a rocking show... I hope...
They plan on having two stages, 3 on 3 paintball, pools, and Lord have mercy, stripper poles on the lawn (at least in Denver). Stonesour and Flyleaf rock, so that could be fun and Direngrey should be amusing, at the very least.

Anybody seen this year's tour of Tool yet? My seat's kinda suck, but as long as I'm in the building that's all that I usually need...

I saw TOOL at coachella. They put on a pretty decent show. No real gimmicks this time just the showing of the video of the set they are playing on the giant screens .

I went ahead and bit the bullet by purchasing TOOL tickets for their show here in September. By biting the bullet I meant paying over $225 a ticket for 8th row center tickets. I totally promised myself, for myself, that I wasn't gonna spend too much this time.

I always forget my promises, but that night has the chance to be the best Monday night in the history. I want to feel the bass geetar and Carey on the drums. I might even smoke the heebie.

j/k boss/IT people. I don't do those things.

Thanks Ass, I'll need the giant screens for where I'm sitting.

X, TicketMaster is a ripoff, but $225 a seat?? That's nuts. I couldn't even begin to justify that price...well...

... maybe if they played on the roof of my house.

Maybe.

Enjoy the show, they definitely do it right.

funny. the word "tool" seems fitting
They sold out in 10 minutes and I was at the airport when they went on sale. THEREFORE, I must pay top dollars to the devils that are the ticket brokers.

I do not care. Tool owns my mind and my paycheck from Arbys helps cover these things. Double shift for 3 months straight? WHO CARES FUCK OFF would you like Arby's sauce?

I'll drop a throat hanger in your Arby's Melt cheese if you keep up with the lip.
