Seems his ex gf and ex USC ladies basketball player, Brynn Cameron, is 2 months away from having a baby and says that Matts the daddy, wonder what Paris thinks of this and if his marketability will be hurt by being an unwed dad.

Not sure why that is interesting, unless this is the first he has heard of this. If he is playing hardball with the woman who is bearing his child she should go to the press. If this is a case of some reporter doing a little digging then it probably would have come out sooner or later. They guy is a celeb dating a celeb I expect nothing less.

What is funny is the paper said she just found out she was pregnant last month when her and Matt were over months ago and the baby is due in November. Dont girls generally figure that out before the 5th month?

I get what you are trying to say, but the fact is that if he is the dad then he has an obligation. Talking to the media is not going to change his obligation one way or another. What it will do is hurt his image if he tries to pull a Shawn Kemp and not pay.

Funny how these "accidents" happen isn't it? Oldest trick in the book if you want a guy and/or his assets.

Of course he still has to take responsibility but it doesn't mean the chick isn't a golddigger. At least he knows what he is getting with his Paris-fling and doesn't have to worry about protecting his bank.

What it will do is hurt his image if he tries to pull a Shawn Kemp and not pay.

By law he has to pay until the kid is 18. It's not like he can't afford it. Hopefully he doesn't pull a Larry Bird and totally blow the kid off.
I'm sick and tired of hearing "this chick knew what she was doing and she's a gold digger." Hell it's not like ML didn't know spilling his seed into her axe wound couldn't result in a child. They're both idiots if they didn't plan this.

I wouldn't say Matt doesn't shoulder some responsibility, he did engage in the coitus. Just saying that if she wasn't up on her birth-control the onus falls mainly on her and considering the scenario there is a distinct possibility the pregnancy wasn't an accident. Maybe Leinert got sloppy with his rubber or didn't use one, maybe it was just very bad luck. But one can't deny that it looks rather fishy. This isn't the kind of chick that generally ends up as a baby-momma.

I don't know the girl or circumstances but I did know a girl who didn't know she was pregnant until she fell down on her bathroom floor and had the baby. It is possible. This girl I'm speaking of didn't have a belly and spotted throughout her pregnancy. I also knew the nurse that oversaw her at the hospital and sure enough she confirmed that this woman did have a baby. BTW I'm not talking about some young girl either this was a married woman in her late 20's.

Just saying it's not out of the realm of possibilities.
