I’ll take it over starting next week if no one objects.
I would like to do things different thou, so if no one objects to me doing this, I would ask that orcinus crown a winner for his pool so we all could start off from scratch in a new format.
Instead of giving everyone money to start with, I would start everyone off with zero in their account. The most anyone can bet per week would be $100 unless they have more than $100 in their account. I’ll ask that players bet on 0 – 5 teams per week, no penalty for not placing a bet. I would run it as if we were going through a bookie, 10% on all bets. I’ll simply put a (+) in front of the money for players who are in the black and a (-) in front of the money for players in the red. This format would give everyone an idea how betting real money works, at seasons end it will be interesting to see who ends up with a positive account.
