Yeah, this is a little early. I would have at least waited until we beat Northwestern. If we lose, I blame you.

Either way, IN

But I think it should be until the Rose Bowl. That way, after Michigan loses to us they will be eligible for a new sig after their bowl game.

I wish I could, but as Shoalzie knows my sitting out is imperative.

Yup...he sat out of the Tiger-Yankee wager and the Tigers won. For Michigan's sake, Steve needs to stay the hell out of this one. ;)

If I were OSU fan I'd be nervous. Shoalzie will create a beauty...just ask Yankfan.

Yeah, I can see it now...I can take the "O" and make another "OWNED" sig.

I might brainstorm ahead of time just to something prepared but with the Tigers win over the Yankees, I was able to create that during Game 4 because that series was pretty much over at that point.

i can handle a sig bet, i just don't see the point to them. then again, i've rarely carried a sig, and most of the times i have is b/c of osu.

I'll carry the burden for Wolverine Nation just like I did for the Tigers against the Yankees. Don't make bets if you're not willing to accept what happens if you lose. I'm not bagging on my brethen in maize 'n blue but wearing a sig is much better than losing a bunch of money. It's a small price to pay and it's all in fun. Steve has his reason for not participating because he's pretty much a jinx on his teams if he makes a sig bet. For Michigan's benefit, he needs to stay out of this.

If you guys actually believe that Steve’s participation in a sig bet can somehow influence the outcome of a game, you fellows are way beyond any of the religious cults out there. Catholicism included.

We're just being superstitious...there's no proof behind it but he stayed out of the Tigers-Yankees bet and the Tigers won. That's enough evidence for me...so stay the hell out, Steve!

My all-time sigbet record.....0-5.

I stay out of the Yank-Tiger bet, to test the theory, Tigers win.

This shit is more than superstition....we have scientific evidence.

You know what Michigan fans, if nothing else you should know we think about you all the time. After the Texas game this year, as our fans were walking out of the stadium we started singing this song. We weren't singing our fight song or focusing on our big win over the #2 team in the nation, we were thinking about you.

Uh Pete, I don't know if you are aware but I serve as personal advisor to Mr. Jim Tressel. Any time he has a question about how good Nebraska is or how Kal is going to get into the NC game he asks me. I then do some in-depth research on T1B and provide him a full report.

Thus, if necessary, I could remind him that "we don't give a damn for the whole state of Michigan."
