did you forget the interception he ran back for a touchdown?

Nope.

That was a bad decision by Rivers to throw that ball.

see, I knew it had to be because of a Eggo mistake rather than Denver having the right defense called.......

Gotta Love it, the AFC west is going through SD now. As pointed out 4 of the final 6 at home and all the final division games at home.

It would be nice for the Bolts to just kick some ass from the get go though. Spotting teams to early 17 and 21 point leads on the road is a bit nerve wracking and it bit their ass in KC.

What was up with the "Rat Genius". The Broncos were running at will against the depleted Charger D, why did he go away from the run and let Plummer throw the game away. Also why did the Rat go for it on 4th - 4 with a little over 3 minutes. Sure the Bolts offense was rolling at that point, but as one of the talking heads pointed out, Shannan trusts the game more to Plummer than his highly rated defense.

Anyways, Rack the Bolts and the AFC West as being the best division and all that West fans representing here, win or lose.
(Jesus, did I say that, maybe we should all hold hands and sing Kum-By-Ya, FUCK THAT)

and why change your defense that had a lot of success in the first half?

why no bootlegs.....why try to throw two 40 yard completions when you've got three yards to go for a first down......why does Plummer fumble the ball on a critical third down?

the pressure blitzes worked in the first half but were completely abandoned in the second half.....Rivers just stood back there and picked the Denver defense apart .....how the fuck do you let Tomlinson go straight up the middle without anybody picking him up? Al Wilson blew that assignment and Tomlinson burned them for it.......

don't talk to me, I'm pissed......

Wilson didn't blow his assignment. It was a zone blitz. The defensive end was supposed to drop into coverage on Tomlinson. (snicker)
2nd week in a row people have gotten burned like that. No DLineman in the league should be asked to cover LT one on one

The Rat must have been paid off.
I wonder how much $$ it took to get to him...

(BTW, that long LT score came on one of those blitzes).

The zone blitz is a proven scheme. The DE drops into a shallow zone to take away the short pass to the RB...theoretically anyway. I'm not positive, but I think the end might have slipped on the play.

In that instance, Philip made the correct read.
Agreed.
It's great if you can get pressure on the QB quick

Props to the Bolts for playing better than they needed to.

It was a lot easier for Shanny to be a genuis before Elway retired. He's gotten a lot dumber since then & pretty much stayed that way. The offensive gameplan sucked goat cock. No other way to put it. Plummer is at his best when he's on the move- roll outs, bootlegs... - which they didn't even attempt once the whole game.

Defensively, they can't get a pass rush in the 2nd half- and haven't been able to for the last 3 games. What that indicates is that the D-Linemen are out of condition; they're gassed.

Long range weather forecast is for good weather in KC on Thanksgiving, though, and that's bad news for the Chefs

But I'LL be at the game, and that's bad news for the Mules.

7-0*

What position are you going to play?

Or are you planning on standing behind the goal posts to try to distract the Broncos Offense?

Nice try, but I'm sure they've seen fat fucks at games before.

*-Soon to be 8-0 after the Chiefs get over once again on Turkey Night.

Nice try at bringing this discussion to a 1st grade level Coods, but the fact remains that when I attend a Mules-Chiefs game we win.

EVERY.

SINGLE.

TIME.

If losing at Arrowhead is inevitable MuleFan, might as well just lie back, spread your legs and enjoy it.
If you REALLY loved your team you'd travel to Denver every year to help them win.

He’s probably too cheap. He’d have to pay for two seats to fly out there.

True, my son would want to go too, and he's not old enough to go to a NFL game just yet.
Well, then you would need to buy 3.0 seats, tubby.

If that's the case, I'd bargain that into some free Season Tickets if I were you.

every

year.

(until last night that is)

I wonder if there was an "Mile High...errr....Invesco Paul" that didn't show up for the game.
