...and yeah, it was just against the frigging Texans, but at least the Bills won.
As I was checking the game recaps online at SI.com, I read this quote from Dunta Robinson regarding the Bills' winning TD in the last 13 seconds:
''If that had been Peyton Manning , you'd expect it,'' he said disgusted. ''But it was J.P. Losman. That's embarrassing. I hope he doesn't feel too good, because we just shot ourselves in the foot.''
What a sorry-ass whiner. The Bills may suck, and JP Losman isn't scaring most defenses, but he and the Bills beat Dunta's team. Deal with it.
It was ugly...

THE BIBLE - Because all the works of all the science cannot equal the wisdom of cattle-sacrificing primitives who thought every animal species in the world lived within walking distance of Noah's house.
Verrah idiotic statement by Dunta Kinte.
Thanks for the laugh.
I see D. Carr tied the NFL record for consecutive completions in that game.
He's having himself a pretty decent season .... on a BAD team.
Gotta think Gary Kubiak's pushing a lot of the right buttons there.
Carr's a tough kid, good kid, .... who's had the shit kicked out of him playing behind a sorry O-line forever.
He's taken his lumps with a lot of class.
I'm pleased to see him having his best season.

I'm hoping that the Bills have seen the patience that Houston has had with Carr and follow that example with Losman. Losman has frustrated many fans in that he hasn't been the super-fast fix that some had hoped for. Tough shit. Peyton Manning would have a hell of a time trying to succeed with the porous O-line that the Bills have had for the last few years. Let Losman keep playing and stop sending mixed signals about who the QB will or should be every time the team loses.poptart wrote:I see D. Mike, I hear you on Losman.
Patience is a lost art.
Everyone is looking for results instantly.
Very often a promising young guy gets drafted and takes a couple/few years to hit his stride.
There's a natural maturation process that takes place.
But fans piss and moan because guys don't fly right out of the gate and kick ass from day 1.
Players, coaching staffs, TEAMS ...... sometimes take time to get it together.
