The Bama job has got to be one of the most undesireable ones in the country.

what this proves if its true, is that no matter how well you do the fans of Alabama hold their school to such a lofty goal that no human coach will ever measure up. he will never be worth the 57 million that they dropped. I agree this is the most undesirable job in the ncaa.

Look for Rodriguez to be the next coach at Bama.

He also won't be coaching the Gator.

Saban didn't go to the NFL for the money, he did it for a new challenge. Though one championship hardly shows you have the game mastered. Look at John Gruden of Larry Coker. He should stay in the NFL if that is where he wants to be, he already rich. Saban would be welcome in the college game but I don't want him to come back just because Bama broke the piggybank to get him.

If Bama was willing to pay enormous cash why didn't they do it before Shula? I guess nowthey are just more desperate and less delusional about this job being the best thing ever.

Rodriguez just turned Alabama down.

It's kind of amusing how unattractive that job has become.
