Penn State is there. Let's see if Wisconsin can hang on.

last time that happened to my knowledge was the 1971 Big 8.

1. Nebraska
2. Oklahoma
3. Colorado

I remember that one year when Notre Dame finished #1, 2, and 3. Well deserved rankings too.

As far as the ND-LSU game goes, could be the #1 and #2 picks in the NFL draft going head to head.

Was watching Sportscenter yesterday, and their resident football genius, Mark May, came on. I began to wonder how long it would take before he would go into "Dumbass" mode.

He began straight away with conference comparisions in bowl games, then awarded the Big Ten (0-3 at the time) with his biggest disappointment prize.

First thing that came to mind after this was "Who did he pick out of Minny, Iowa, and Perdue games to win?" With the shit he was talking, he must of pegged them all for a W.
Shit, two had no business ibeing in a bowl, although Iowa hung in, and Minny had a huge lead before showing their true colors.

Good to see PSU and the Badgers take care of business. Now if scUM and the Buckeyes can do the same.

PSU looked good from what i saw (props Dave)--especially since they beat that rolling ball of butcher-knives Tennessee who somehow beat the all-time best team ever Cal in a 3 TD fluke (did you see how big Neyland Stadium was, wow!).

didn't see much of the Wiscy-Hog game, but i admit that i was a bit of a skeptic about Wisconsin.

PSU played their best game of the year. Their offense easily played it's best game.

Rack Penn St. I definitely didn't see that one coming.

I had UT -4 and Clemson -9 as two of the biggest "locks" in this year's Bowl Pick'Em. Yyyyyeah...didn't work out so well for me.

Funny how bowl games featuring pretty evenly matched teams who haven't faced each other tend to work out like that.

Sure beats escaping with a loss. How'd your team do, Adelpinhead?

Fwiw, I had Fredo -7 vs. Navy as my lock of the bowl season. Of course, the somewhat unexpected departure of O'Brien and the ensuing debacle of a coach search might have had something to do with that outcome.

On the bright side, I had thought that Penn State was a live dog and I think I took them in the Pick 'Em. Then again, with my luck I probably didn't.

The final polls should be:
#1 winner of OSU/Fla
#2 BSU

And if Fla wins, I hope the AP or some group awards BSU the NC.
I see your point, but I still think LSU is #2 if they beat ND. And USC is probably #3. Realistically, the best Boise State can hope to finish is probably #4, and I think there's still a chance they'll finish #5.

Bring on a playoff system asap!
Rack. And fwiw, Boise State is an example of why even Plus One is too restrictive.

Rack!

If teams can hopscotch each other in the final weeks of the regular season, an undefeated BSU can easily jump a couple of two loss teams. All depends on the agenda of the voters.
