Mitch Mustain giving up football...

Post by the_ouskull »

WWLS (Yeah, I know... it's all I can pick up down in D-town.) reported this afternoon, that first of all, Bob Stoops has never spoken with Mustaine or any of his "people," and that second, Mustaine is enrolling...

...at the University of Arkansas. He's just not going to play football.

This is gonna be like Friday Night Lights... only good.

Cool, you're around. Eschbach said that he talked directly with Stoops, which could also mean Mike... and that he said that he'd never spoken with Mustaine. Al's a lot of bad things, but he's usually pretty good as an "inside source." I buy it. This kid is out of his fuckin' chair...

Academic career at Arkansas???? Yeah, I'm sure with that Arkansas degree he'll have a reeeeaalll bright future ahead of him. I think it's best for Mitch to just stick with football.

You realize he is only doing this til the end of the semester so he can transfer. He is taking 12 distance courses so he doesn't have to go to class and be around a bunch of pissed off arkie fans.

Oh, I think that EVERYBODY knows why he's doing this... I'm just saying that, on TOP of that, he's f*cking mental.

After what happened with their last the-world-should-kiss-my-ass-pampered-prima-donna-qb I think OU might want to think about this one. This kid is bad-news IMO.

We're not taking the kid. We weren't even really talking to him, regardless of what his psycho ass may have said...
