I'm pretty sure he will be signing w/ FSU. A year ago it looked as if he didnt have much a shot to qualify, but it seems now he is closer than what some people thought. I think if he does qualify, he will be wearing Garnet and Gold in the fall.
I know he comes w/ baggage, but Bobby has been known to take chances on some kids and then been able to turn them around. Hopefully, if Noel does come, he matures.
On film, he's the best RB to come out of HS in 5-10 years.

I did point this out dumbfuck. I also know that their have been a lot of kids over his 30 years who have come in as gang bangers and left as men. Dont think for one second that you know more about the Program or Bowden than me.
