Something from my days as a fat kid that I modified to make a pretty healthy breakfast.

Pour 2-3 egg whites in a skillet (or fry an egg overeasy)
Toast 2 pieces of Ezeikel bread (Or any type of bread you like)
Spread 1 TBSP of Natural PB (Or High Sugar Skippy if you prefer)
Make a sandwich and chow down.

Good as hell- but my wife hates it when I eat it- she thinks its nasty.
Yeah fuckers.... I'm back

I was once walking down the street eating a chocolate bar when I tripped and stumbled. Coincidentally, there was a woman walking the other way eating peanut butter straight out of the jar and, as I tried to regain my balance, my chocolate bar entered her peanut butter jar and came out with peanut butter all over it. The peanut butter / chocolate combination actually tasted so good that I'm thinking of marketing it as a new candy confection.

The aftermath must be no breath of fresh air either.

I made the PB on tortilla again earlier tonight and I still think it's great. I need to improve on the jalepenos, though. What I think it needs instead is a relish containing habanero.
Take my word for it man.. it is worth it... and like I said- a good bunch of clean protein if eaten right
Yeah fuckers.... I'm back

This one is pretty easy. Here's what you'll need:

2 pieces of sliced bread
1 banana
Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth)
Soften butter
2 slices of cooked bacon (optional)

Spread PB on both slices of bread. Peel banana and cut it in half lengthwise and put in between the slices of bread, making a PB&Banana sammich (add the bacon at this point if you are going to do so). Spread soften butter on the outsides of sammich and grill or bake until browned and crispy. Cut in half and enjoy! The bacon is something Elvis Presley would do, but it not as bad as it sounds.

i sometimes put a teaspoon of PB in thai rice noodles i make that i sautee some green onion, tofu/chicken, hot peppers, cilantro, garlic chili paste, and bean sprouts for a fakey pad thai type taste. i always think i'm pretty clever when i do it. heh.

Toast some bread, spread butter and then peanut butter on one side of each piece.
Put canned peaches in a bowl with plenty of juice.
Take a bite of toast and a bite of peaches. Chew together.
Very tasty.
Ain't nothin' like the real thing, baby.

peanut butter has got to be one of the greatest foods ever made. there is no snack better than some real 100% pb, not that sugared up skippy bullshit, on a freshly picked macintosh. also the fukking bomb in ice cream, granola cereal, oatmeal (along with sliced apples), and a few billion other things.
