MP3 Manipulation

I would like to know about software that allows you to extract sections of mp3's for ringtone purposes.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

you can edit the length of MP3s using a program called JetAudio.
I have cracked version of jetaudio plus. I dont know if the basic program will do the same thing.. I'll upload it to a yoiu send it if you want it..
