New Schedule out....how does it look for your squad?

Post by DallasFanatic »

Cowboys schedule:

Sept. 9, NY Giants
Sept. 16, at Miami
Sept. 23, at Chicago
Sept. 30, St Louis
Oct. 8, at Buffalo
Oct. 14, New England
Oct. 21, Minnesota
Oct. 28, BYE
Nov. 4, at Philadelphia
Nov. 11, at NY Giants
Nov. 18, Washington
Nov. 22, NY Jets
Nov. 29, Green Bay
Dec. 9, at Detroit
Dec. 16, Philadelphia
Dec. 22, at Carolina
Dec. 30, at Washington

Seven nationally televised games. On the road to Buffalo and Chicago early in the season is a huge plus as weather shouldn't be too big a factor. Schedule looks pretty good for the Boys. I definitely see them improving on their 9-7 record from a year ago. I'll go out on a limb and say 11-5 for next season. Go Boys.

Wow... very nice looking schedule for the Birds. I wish there were more Monday night games (only 1) but 3 Sunday night games isn't bad. 11-5 isn't out of the question.. 10-6 is more likely. They have a brutal stretch starting Nov. 25th.

NFC East will once again be a dog fight to the end.

Gibbs future as coach questioned. Leaning towards him not coaching again.

Overall though, it think it might be a positive for long term success.

That's my gut feeling ... today.

Talk about being excited for the freaking season opener! I hope to hell they can pic up some DB help between now and then or it could get pretty ugly against the Colts offense. That could wind up being one hell of a game if they can find some help on the corners.

The season looks tough up front with a break in the middle and rough again at the end. Thanks to whoever put us playing in Chicago on week 17. Assholes. I doubt many Saints fans will want to go up there for that game after all the shit Bears fan gave them at the NFC title game.

All in all, I'm looking forward to next season quite a bit.

On paper the first half of the schedule looks 'easy' and the second half looks tough.
I don't care for the bye week coming early -- after wk 4.
I like getting Denver at Denver in week 2 -- no weather, and maybe they haven't hit their stride yet.
Only one back-to-back home situation, and only one back-to-back road situation ... ok.
Don't like going to GB in December.

Overall, it appears pretty difficult.

Bills schedule:

Sept. 9, Denver
Sept. 16, at Pittsburgh
Sept. 23, at New England
Sept. 30, NJ Jets
Oct. 8, Dallas
Oct. 14, BYE
Oct. 21, Baltimore
Oct. 28, at NJ Jets
Nov. 4, Cincinnati
Nov. 11, at Miami
Nov. 18, New England
Nov. 25, at Jacksonville
Dec 2, at Washington
Dec. 9, Miami
Dec. 16, at Cleveland
Dec. 23, NJ Giants
Dec. 30, at Philadelphia

Pretty brutal, especially before the bye week. Considering that the Bills still have so many question marks, as do many of their opponents, I'm not going to make any prognostications yet...other than that they'll sweep Miami.

I'll set it at 0 and take the under. If anyone can pull it off, the Lions can.

I think the Lions offense will keep them in alot of games. The D will be horrendous and avoiding a 10 loss season seems impossible.
