... for the ugliest uniforms in CFB. Jeebus, when will either of these teams actually concentrate on winning?

The combo on the far right isn't that bad. The one on the far left is brutal.

Well, I dont know, both of those teams in Oregon have won BCS Bowls in the last 5 years. There are about 80 teams in Division 1 that can not say the same including, Notre Dame, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Alabama, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Texas A & M, Kansas State, Colorado....

When (from 2002-2006) did Oregon State win a BCS game?

When, in that time, did Oregon?

Fiesta Bowl was the 2001 season.

So the last 5 years really means the last 6-7? Gotcha.

What I love is how he goes back just far enough to squeeze in those OSU and Oregon BCS bowl wins.

That's always the sign of a desperate argument.

Notre Dame? Michigan? Va Tech? FSU? Alabama? Yeah, those programs pale in comparison to the Beavers, beause, you know, OSU won a BCS game within the last 5...errr, 6 or 7 years.

Even though Wisconsin won b2b Rose Bowls in 99/00 when they were part of the BCS and Michigan beat Bama in the 2001 Orange Bowl I believe...so that shoots that argument out of the water in terms of when the BCS came into existence which was the 1999 Fiesta Bowl UT vs FSU...

by the way how many more have Oregon State and Oregon played in since then...? Meanwhile ND has what 2, Michigan has 3 or 4, FSU has 2, Va Tech has 1, etc...

head up your ass much?

The local radio hacks really had fun with this.

The point being, that Oregon is trying to stand out and get people talking about their goofy unis. Agree or disagree with the philosophy behind it, there's no question it works.

What do the Sheepfucker's unis do to make them stand out?

Nothing.

Just makes the Livestock Lovers look like they're wearing man-bras.

But the truly hilarious part is the Swoosh on the chest. I can only imagine the gut-busting laughter at Nike and U of O when Phil busted out "man, you should see the fucking unis I just talked the Sheepfuckers into...what a bunch of tards."

I guess the adage "beware of Greeks bearing gifts" isn't taught at Sheepfucker U. When your sworn enemy-until-death offers you some new unis...you might wanna think twice.

WTF is up with the sportsbra in front? No use of bright piss-yellow so they are still not as ugly as the ducks though.

The Pac needs to replace the Oregon schools with Boise and Utah if this crap keeps-up.

1. Lighten the fuck up, I was joking about the Oregon teams getting booted for having ugly unis not because Boise has a superior program. Be a little more defensive there genius.

2. Boise destroyed the beavers last year, do you think that would've been so different off of the blue turf?

actually the ACC is an astounding 1-7 I believe in BCS bowls with the lone win being FSU...this of course is not including Miami's win when they were part of the Big East...

so at least FSU has the lone win for the conference...

Remember, I HATE the Beavs with unbridled passion...

But to answer your question...yes. But that depends more on the point in the season they played. OrSU was a disaster early in the season. (Sidenote, I've been pissed off at The Enemy every time they show up at Boise and don't wear orange from head-to-toe...that would be pretty sweet on the Smurf). If you'll remember, once the Beavs pulled their head out of their ass, they did up USC in Corvallis. So to take a BSU victory over OrSU in Corvallis as a foregone conclusion would be silly.

I was just making the point that BSU has NEVER won in a PAC10 stadium, if my memory is working right(which would also be silly to assume as fact).

But back on topic -- upon further review, that funny stripe thingy doesn't look like a sports bra...it looks like a yoke that you'd put on livestock. Not sure if I'll be able to keep from laughing every time the Sheepfucker QB lines up under center.

BAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! MOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

RACK the fuck out of Nike. The fact the Beavs bought into this humiliation is starting to become a pretty good running joke here in Oregon.

Can we get credit for losing 6 games, considering we got our ass kicked in the 3 we've actually played in?

works for me. though, off hand, i only remember the Dennis Criminal Beavers taking it to Bob Davie, and last year's LSU game. what was the third?

BTW, surely Nike and Phil KNight is playing a joke on the Beavers. those threads suck out loud. i kinda dig Oregon's stuff in a "i'm glad it's not Oklahoma, but do your thing" sort of way.

i still like OU's old flat enamel darker crimson helmet and jersey over the sparkly bass boat "crimson" one. but's it's about what looks good on TV.

did sudden sam just post a picture of mike shula?

those are about my faves: OU (objectively speaking of course, in no order), Bama, PSU, Nebraska (though that "one year" was horrendous, wtf was that?), Michigan, ND, tOSU and i really like Colorado's uni's. though, they are fucking around with 1. the old helmet logo and 2. a great uni in the black pants, white jersey, and gold helmet.

some teams can pull of the all white roadies: i'd say PSU can, OU, Bama, UT could if they weren't so sweaty jocks butt look. basically to pull off theall white you need to be winning and kicking ass. then, they look good.

Since we're on the subject -- PSU's are my favortite unis. Home or road, doesn't matter. So old-school, it's awesome.

Other side of the coin, it's not like Oregon has some long-standing tradition to uphold. The problem was, the Fighting Donald Duck deal was done via verbal agreement with Walt Disney himself(a Duck fan, who I believe attended there for a short time). When the Old Man died, the corporate beast that took over was kind of curious to see U of O's paperwork with their claims on Donald Duck. Since there wasn't any such paperwork, the unis had to change, and Phil was just the guy to do it.

What is really sad about this picture....A team like alabama would devote time to make a picture of a 10-2 season which they lost to Auburn and LSU. What does the caption read on that picture #3 in the SEC west?

what i'm seeing in that pictorial, is Mike Shula....a d tackle against Texas Tech, scoring against maybe bowling green... and the Prothro catch.

to be honest, that's pretty pitiful shit. i'd almost call troll since it's so lame.

but, thanks Dins for keeping the rest of us on the right path. it must hurt a little when yer partner's strap-on pushes out to your belly-button.
