In...a long long time ago. Enjoyed them immensely as a teenager, don't know if I would be as interested as a fogey.

Awesome books. Actually still worth a read because Asimov was considered to be fairly knowledgeful in a number of areas and his 3 laws are actually regularly discussed in the robot world.

one of the best presents my mom got me. she's not known for being a great gift giver :( though her heart is always in the right place. some people have the gift of gift-giving. some people have the gift of having a big heart. but christmas, 6th grade, was awesome. i tore through the 4 book set in about 6 days. and then i re-read them.

how has your nephew enjoyed the set (there are at least 2 other books now, right)?
on a short leash, apparently.
