Houston played so bad last week against ECU. 2 turnovers deep in their own territory and traling 37-35 with 1:55 left and the kicker missed a 37 yarder. Then, Houston gets the ball back and with 3 seconds left, the kicker misses a 38 yarder. Just terrible. Mistakes is what always shoots this team in the foot. Hopefully, Briles gave the guys an earful after that game because if they play this Saturday against 'Bama the way they played ECU, then the Coogs will lose by 4 touchdowns. Houston must take care of the football and capitalize on ALL of their scoring opportunities in order for them to stand a chance. This will be the toughest defense they have played up to this point in the season so patience is key.
I don't think Houston will be able to overcome the crowd and the talent, but they should keep it close.

No shit. And pray that he doesn’t break any long runs.Dinsdale wrote:If I'm coaching Houston, I'm giving the ball to that Anthony Alridge dude, and hoping he can dominate the game.

Seems they rather just lay there, get fucked and play victim
