"What a great "piece of hitting"" as the off balance batter throws his bat out there hoping to foul off an off speed outside pitch that he shouldn't have swung at in the first place. He gsomehow gets the bat on it and lobs it over the third baseman's head.

Both of these cases are of somebody getting lucky/unlucky. Just once I'd like to see one of these shit announcers pass up on the opportunity to swallow one of the plays right down to his pubes.

Think I'll just listen to the radio dude play by play instead and deal with the annoying time delay. Radio announcer dude is generally much better than TV dude, not that that's saying much.
