Steelers vs Ravens... (pics to come)
So tonight in about 3 hrs I begin a trip to the monday night football game. Since I am a fan of neither team, I will be wearing something neutral. Should be a good game as I am a AFCN fan.. I dont have the tickets here, so im not sure how high im sitting but I believe they are lower level about the 40yd line.. we shall see..

I'm sure a muddy field with poor footing will do wonders for McNair's back. :twisted:PSUFAN wrote:Bring yer umbrella.
Let's get this game ON!

The good news- Both starting corners for Baltimore are out.War Wagon wrote:I hope Big Ben has a nice game tonite... 27.5 points worth of nice to be exact.BSmack wrote: Let's get this game ON!
The bad news- The field looks like it's going to be VERY sloppy.
That being said, I need him to throw 3 TDs to Holmes and another couple to Ward or Parker.

Mvscal -- bro... the lengths you're going to in order to mask your "I'm not impressed with AD" bit is getting pretty funny.
But by all means, whatever you do... DO NOT sack up. I'm having too much fun with the tack you've chosen.
Of course, "wow, I really underestimated that Peterson kid, my bad" would have gone a long way. But that's not your style -- deflection is.
I called my shot(3 years ago). I was right. You were wrong. And the lengths you've gone to trying to retroactively change that are comedy gold.

Goddamn....Steve McNair is making Damon Huard look like a HOFer right now. For the love of God Billick, bench the old coot's ass.

Yes, please do. The only QB who could possibly stink out the place worse than McNair is Kyle Boller.RevLimiter wrote:Goddamn....Steve McNair is making Damon Huard look like a HOFer right now. For the love of God Billick, bench the old coot's ass.

I hope that the Patriots coaching staff was watching when Big Ben took that hit while STILL in the game with a huge lead. I KNOW it was still only midway through the 3rd qtr but the Ravens look like SHIT tonight. Ben should have been on the bench.
Go Patriots! ! ! !

Does the Hoodie have the "45 point" rule with Brady?

Yep, especially since Batch has shown he's more than adequate backing up Ben. Absolutely inexcusable. Tomlin dodged a huge bullet when Ben was able to come back out again.Th wrote:I hope that the Patriots coaching staff was watching when Big Ben took that hit while STILL in the game with a huge lead. Although the Ravens got absolutely smoked, the best moment of the game was that blitz pickup (an area it seems that all DuhU backs excel in).BSmack wrote:Babymaker McGahee.
That LB saw the whites of the QB's eyes, and had that moment where he thought to himself "dude, you're about to make the highlights on Sportscenter."
Yeah, you made the highlights alright, buddy.

You must have turned in a little early Dins. Babymaker tried that shit again and took a knee upside his helmet for his troubles. His head was so scrambled he thought Kyle Boller was JP Losman. Not that it's hard to make that mistake or anything.Dinsdale wrote:Although the Ravens got absolutely smoked, the best moment of the game was that blitz pickup (an area it seems that all DuhU backs excel in).BSmack wrote:Babymaker McGahee.

Oh, I saw him go down and out.BSmack wrote:Babymaker tried that shit again and took a knee upside his helmet for his troubles.
I nevger said the typical DuhU RB was [articularly bright... quite the contrary. I just said they're all good at picking up blitzes. Man'snotgay-eh is possibly the best pass-blocking back in the NFL. Dude's always had a knack for playing harder than his body can deliver.
Another aside -- I've always been a huge Air McNair fan. Just always loved the way he plays the game -- the approach, the "never-say-die" attitude, and the toughness that sets the standard by which modern QB toughness should be judged...
But that said, do they build a statue of him to commemorate his fine career, or at this point do you just pump in a bunch of embalming fluid and prop him up outside the stadium?
When they say a player has "left it all on the field," they're talking about McNair. But enough is enough, and I don't want to see him leave the contents of his Adult Depends on the field.
'Bout that time, Steve.

Tell that to a Bills fan. They'll have an aneurysm from the laughing fit you'll give them. He does appear to have straightened his act out somewhat in Baltimore, as evidenced by a few successful blocks I saw last night. But Babymaker was VERY well known in Buffalo for his unwillingness to sell out while pass blocking.Dinsdale wrote:Man'snotgay-eh is possibly the best pass-blocking back in the NFL.
BTW: I agree that McNair is toast. He once was the untimate NFL warrior. Now it's like watching Joe Namath in LA Rams gear.
