Why isn't Brian Billick on hot seat

Post by Adelpiero »

The guy, a supposed Offensive genius has had nothing but putrid offensive teams, like gruden he piggy backed a great defense to a title and has petered out since then. Yet he gets away scot free.

Watch the gamplan and play calling weekly from him and his staff on the offensive side, its completely assanine. The thing that saves Gruden, is having a bounce back season, then petering again, then a bounce back season. When is Brians bounce back season.

i used to laugh at Dungys offensive game plan in tampa
1st down run up the middle
2nd down run up the middle
3rd down run the FB up the middle
PUNT

But man, the offensive guru and his shit plan is even worse.
1st down, run 9 yards.
2nd down take a sack
3rd down run a 4th string RB up the middle
PUNT

It's one thing to not have weapons or players on offense, but spending a ton of dough on Willis M. and to use him 10-15 times a game is assanine. He's a gamechanging back, one that can rip one for 70, or get the 4th and 1. Instead you continue to run a RB that you cut right before season started, you resigned and now take snaps from the guy you gave $$$$$. He should be first one shitcanned, linehan and the others will get theirs on outcome of season, Billick made his bed couple years ago. What a waste of a very good defense.

Then the mcnair signing? It's one thing if Mcnair came in to give the ball to Willis and then make an occasional play, but he is being asked to take this team on his shoulders to win, this aint 1997, Mcnair as a 25-30 pass a game QB days are over.

Im no raven fan, but how the fuck this guy gets a pass is beyond me. The Phillip Fullmer of NFL.

Maybe he needs to take that play out about taking the sack. You should let him know maybe he needs some positive input....
Save me some of that corn for laters...

I think his seat is pretty toasty. There has been talk in the past of him being shit canned and no doubt if (see: when) Baltimore misses the playoffs this year the heat will amp up considerably.
"Our staff is going to ensure that anyone who attends this University and wears the Indiana uniform will make this privilege among their highest priorities and not treat the opportunity as an entitlement,'' Crean said in a statement. "We fully expect our student-athletes to accept the responsibilities academically, athletically and socially that come with representing one of the top programs in college basketball history."
