Re: Randy Moss hit with restraining order
Last time I checked, it doesn't take anything in the way of proof to get a restraining order. However, I would have been shocked if he made it through the season sans an "incident." He's claiming she had "an accident" (no details) and then tried extorting him for 6 figures or she'd go to the police. He balked... of course. And so begins the "he said, she said." Speculate away, haters. I am quite sure Charger Fan appreciates the timing of this...

Huh?
In a matchup between the Bolts and the Patsies, I'm pulling for Osama Bin Laden to win the MVP.

Nah, pull for the Chargers. They need to lose a Super Bowl every 10 or so years.Dinsdale wrote:Huh?trev wrote:Now go have a seat on the Pats bandwagon next to Paul.

Ya'think?
At this point, I'm mostly interested in whichever scenario allows the Chargers to behave like Chargers the best. I was thinking with the recent history between them and the Pats, losing this weekend would inspire the bigger meltdown.
Maybe that "classy player" will give yet another lecture on how to act after winning a playoff game. Has there ever been a more disingenuous "classy player" than that complete douchebag? Nice call on "we need to commit to the run" there, Jimmy the Tomlinson.

Re: Randy Moss hit with restraining order
Maybe. But you can't set a better stage for an epic scale meltdown than the Super Bowl. With two full weeks of press hype, the Chargers and their fans will be absolutely off the charts when it comes to smack talk. And then were they to lose in the biggest game of their lives? Well you would need a whole network of suicide prevention hotlines to service San Diego.Dinsdale wrote:At this point, I'm mostly interested in whichever scenario allows the Chargers to behave like Chargers the best. Re: Randy Moss hit with restraining order
I can totally get with your line of reasoning, B, but therein lies the problem...
"Two weeks."
At some point, probably a whole shitload of points during that two weeks, someone will feel compelled to put a microphone in front of Complainian.
And every time that douche opens his mouth, the Baby Jesus cries.
Add to that, you have Gene Gene the Steroid Machine, and... yuk. Getting blown out by 12 TD's? Who cares... Ian Zeiringman still feels compelled to show us his meanest prom-night dance moves, just like he was at the Peach Pit.
The only redeeming factor that pile of trash team has, is a certain commie Quacker.

the problem here is that if the Chargers made it, they'd actually have a decent chance of winning and where would that leave us....BSmack wrote:But you can't set a better stage for an epic scale meltdown than the Super Bowl. I can already hear LaDanian Sayers spouting off:

It's a gamble, I know. But anything worth having is a gamble. And it would save us from 2 weeks of "the perfect Pats" spew.Felix wrote:the problem here is that if the Chargers made it, they'd actually have a decent chance of winning and where would that leave us....BSmack wrote:But you can't set a better stage for an epic scale meltdown than the Super Bowl. Sorry to disappoint you, but we're going to be subjected to a full two weeks of Favre/Brady spew.
Just when you thought the bar couldn't be raised on maudlin pre-Super Bowl bullshit, something like this happens. These teams could add OJ Simson and Mercury Morris to their squads, and the press coverage couldn't get any worse. Hell, Lyle Alzado resigning with the Raiders couldn't top this crap for the top headline.

Or, even worse, Peyton's little brother gets in and we have the whole fucking Manning family to contend with for two weeks.Dinsdale wrote:Sorry to disappoint you, but we're going to be subjected to a full two weeks of Favre/Brady spew.
Though I have to say that were the Chargers to make it, I'd be pulling for the Giants to get in. How fr4eakin awesome would it be for Eli Freaking Manning to punk the Chargers in a Super Bowl?
Did you know Jerome Bettis was from Detroit?Just when you thought the bar couldn't be raised on maudlin pre-Super Bowl bullshit, something like this happens. Re: Randy Moss hit with restraining order
Mosses have no roots, but instead have a rhizome. They do not need a substrate to grow, but absorb water and n u t r i e n t s from the atmosphere. The rhizome tends to be fuzzy, this helps the moss absorb water and n u t r i e n t s.
Moss relies on living in dense, compact mats to obtain enough water and n u t r i e n t s. Within the moss mat, particles from the environment mix with water and create soil.
Moss is adapted to drought conditions. During the summer, its metabolism can slow down to almost zero.
Mosses are found chiefly in areas of low light and dampness. Mosses are common in wooded areas and at the edges of streams. Mosses are also found in cracks between paving stones in damp city streets. Some types have adapted to urban conditions and are found only in cities. Some say that moss grows only on the north side of trees and that a rolling stone gathers no moss. Moss does not only grow on the North side of a tree. Moss will grow wherever there is an adequate amount of moisture and sunlight.
Rachelle Washington is saying that she was hit by a "randy moss". Moss is not generally dangerous but it is said that a "randy moss" is very dangerous and can beat you in many ways.
I hope that Ms. Washington was not hurt by this "randy moss". However, if it is any consolation, I expect that Tom Brady will be hitting "randy moss" many times this weekend!

I might even watch some of that shit if they devoted an hour to following Tom Brady's sperm trail.
Maybe interview some of his past conquests, and ask them if he ever tied them up, pitched it in their eyeballs (doubtful, since it's hard to get pregnant that way), and if he was prone to punching them in the back of the head in the throes of passion while screaming Bo Schembechler's name at the top of his lungs... things like that.
That would make for great family viewing.

I hate Brady because he went to Michigan... pretty simple, really. Plus, I'm jealous that he laid the wood to Miss Moynahan, since she was one of my favorite Hollywood hotties in recent years.
Complainian? He's brought it all on himself. And I'm quite far from being alone on that one. Dude needs to seriously consider shutting the fuck up.

No, he really shouldn't- being the BEST at his position in the entire league gives him license to say just about anything he wants to say, when he wants to say it.Complainian? It led to chargertard shutting up for the better part of a decade.

I know the thought of Blot Nation being silenced is incentive enough, but to me the perils of them potentially winning the game outpace all of the positives that could come from a beatdown by the lowly NFC representative.....Dinsdale wrote:

Seems to me that Dins wastes a lot more bandwidth just bitching about "chargertard" and whatever cute nic he's using for tLT on any given day than all all the charger fans posting combined.
But then he's the greatest, most funniest and entertainingiest poster on all the interwebs (at least that's what he keeps telling me), so who am I to say anything?

So Moss is supposed to stay at least 500 feet from this woman at all times?
If the Chargers were smart they might bring her to the game and give her a sideline pass.

That's OK Mace. You get a pass due to advanced age and dementia.
