Lets see, its out in spring 2005 so that means any day now there will be some strung out parent blaming this game's video trailer for her son's criminal activities.

It's RP for "Rating Pending". It would be rated M just based on the soundtrack, but after you see the trailer and the blood all over the place it's pretty clear where the rating is going to fall.
