Didn't Lawrence Taylor wear #99 in college? How about Hugh Green?

Oh BTW dude, the paint looks great. 2 gallons was about 1 1/4 gallon too much but what the hell.

according to soonerstats.com (possibly the greatest website ever), #99 is not a great Sooner number....but you can search players by # at stats and you have to love that. i'll give it to C.J. Ah You over Aubrey Beavers who apparently wore the # in 1990 in addition to being as dumb as a bag full of hair, regardless of #.

i saw LT play in person for UNC and he committed about 10 personal fouls, no joke. UNC came into Norman with "Famous" Amos Lawrence and ranked in the the top 10 and talking all kinds of junk. OU put them away 41-7 after NC tied the game at 7-7.

LT and Hugh Green were very good players....but, memory says they did NOT play for UCLA...this # countdown is for the best players with that number at YOUR school of choice....so, naturally, you should find the best toejam that wore that number....

Well seer, since I'm a CSUN and LMU grad and neither have football....hell CSUN didn't really have football when they had it, but the beer garden they had at the north end of the stadium was a great place to watch bad football and try to get laid.

Hence the 99 at the top of the thread.

Big 10 as usual is trying to screw it up for the rest of the football world. **** them and the Rose Blow.

don't rip on the Rose Bowl, there's so much tradition there. when the Pac 10 and Big 10/11 lock horns in the grandaddy you can almost always bet that 5th or 8th or 13th in the nation is at stake.

Sad, but true. No doubt a ton of tradition, but then again Harvard and Yale have a ton too.

Got to say having been to a Rose Bowl now it is at the bottom in terms of bowl games as far as overall experience. The game itself of course was the best ever. Getting to the stadium is horrible, the area around the stadium is a neighborhood, the stadium itself is one of the worst in Division 1, and on and on.
