Great Black Swimmers

Saw a black gal in the pool in Dara Torres prelim - and had this hilarious flashback to when I was a kid watching a show they had on called "The Superstars". It was sort of Decathalon thing with athletes from major sports competing in running, weightlifting and swimming.

Howard Cossel hosted it and in one of the events Joe Frazier was in the pool, I think he made about half of the way and started bobbing up and down like a bobber. He didn't drown, but it looked close.
