Who have you actually hung with from this board?

And who would you like to meet?

I've ogled Hooters waitresses with 88, made fun of ASU fans with L45B, and had drinks with Seer and Lax in SoCal. I ran into DMX at a bar here in Tempe a few years back. He came up to me out of the blue and asked me if I was M-Dub/MtadCUf based solely on the fact that I was wearing a Colorado jersey in Tempe. Are we really that rare???

Almost connected with KC last year before the CU/NU game, but it didn't quite happen. Thanksgiving tends to be a tricky time to coordinate meetings with random internet strangers.

Then there are the guys I knew even before this board. He doesn't post here anymore (not sure if he still lurks or not), but I've known AZhusker for close to 15 years now. And shocking as it may seem, battery chucka one is actually a pretty good friend of mine (at least when I can pry him away from bible study). Met him in Lincoln back in the mid-90s, several years before I stumbled across this rag-tag group of CFB misfits.

Guys I'd like to hoist a beer or six with at some point: PSUFAN, M Club, Froz, Stoops, Mgo, Sam, Frisco, Lefty, Meds and of course Aggie Gal (assuming I could even pry my eyes away from her heaving bosoms long enough to take a drink).

I'm sure I left out a few of the old-school regulars, and I apologize if you feel slighted, but honestly, as much as we love to give each other shit, I'd probably enjoy the company of just about any of the guys who post here. If I ran into m2 or SoCalTrjn at a bar somewhere, I'm sure they'd turn out to be pretty cool guys when all is said and done.

So who have you met and who would you like to meet? I still like the idea of a massive Troll™ stop at some point in the future. I think Lefty suggested an Army/Navy game as a potential destination a while back. Might be a good call...

As for meeting up with folks, met skull in Dallas once. That's it for me. The Chief was my friend before he posted here so I really don't count that since I introduced him to the board.

I'm not big on meeting up with people on the internet, but it is more and more becoming commonplace. If this were some random chatroom I would tell everyone to get fukked if they wanted to get together.

However, as has been stated, some of us have been posting about CFB with each other for 10+ years. That being said, I wouldn't mind hanging out with bradhuskers, SEC Ballsucking Homer, Cicercrown25, Roger_the_Meltdown or OStUd. Break out the Coors Lite. It's Friday Night!

Seriously though, I think the guys who are probably a lot like me outside of this forum are 88 and Lefty (Go WASPS!). Pretty much anyone here, if randomly met in a bar, I would shoot the shit with. Not gonna list everyone's name.

I live in Southwest and there are a lot of "african" types down here, so you might see me walking M St. SW or hanging out at the ballpark. I also hang out at the Ugly Mug on Barracks Row. There is a Michigan bar somewhere in the Hill, but I've yet to find it.

BTW - I have always been careful not to drink and drive. Recently I took it to the next level and eliminated alcohol altogether. Call me a quitter, but damn, it feels pretty good, all told.

Much like PSU I would have a drink with any of you guys. I am also ready to put together another Army v Navy trip anytime. I will handle all the tickets and the tailgate, it will be up to you guys to get away for the weekend.

Props PSU on the not drinking and driving. Skull and Mo know how seriously I take it. I think they were pretty shocked that my cab fare one way was more than our tab for the whole night.

88, Indy, Lax, PSU, Mike, Terry, Frozen, hell are all high on my list to hoist one up and talk sports with, but making a list sucks cause I know I am leaving people off. Like I said I would have a drink with any of you bastards and prolly pick up the check too.

OUskull and one of my employees posted here for a short while about two years but lost interest. Can't even remember what his screen name was. Probably not anyone that you would remember though. OUskull took great care of us. Should have fucked the tan girl at the bar who offered!!! Fucking fidelity was idiocy on my part...

Orc and I keep threatening to do so when he is down here but our schedules never sync up. First time he came down and I knew about it my ex was 9 months pregnant and waiting to pop. The time after was while I was sick still and didn't have the energy to do shit. Last time he came was when we found out my father was ill so was tied up handling that. Hopefully next time he comes down we can work something out.

I was really longing for the Space Room saturday.

But I had a conundrum, sort of.

I was with my current slumpbuster-of-too-long/heiress (few things can increase a slumpbuster's tenure, really) saturday evening. The Game had started, and the radio obviously wasn't going to cut it. I was Up Nof', in NoPo, on the Peninsula, In The Ghetto.

I had to come up with a solution, and quickly.

Talked her into going to the first bar we saw, a lovely joint called the Wishing Well, right in the heart of St. Johns. I was a little worried when the bartender was wearing a Beavers shirt, but I watched him pour my beer carefully, so he couldn't drop any loogies in it.

All went fairly swimmingly, and I even resisted the temptation to purchase some of whatever it was the hoodrats were selling when they went into the bathroom in pairs with all of the lowlifes walking in off Lombard.

Can't wait until Slumpbuster either moves on (not likely, since I'm such a motherfucking charmer), or moves out of North Portland. I enjoy making fun of the crackheads and tweekers, rather than walking amongst them.
