Wannstedt was asked on Monday's Big East conference call what qualities were necessary to become an NFL coach and whether he had any interest in returning to the league where he was coach of the Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins and won a Super Bowl as the Dallas Cowboys' defensive coordinator. "No, I'm done after this," Wannstedt said. "I've had enough."
 Well, Pitt fan, your long suffering is not quite over, I guess.
JON, I might go to the Pitt/Iowa game to see the 'Eyes get a big, big win.

must be reassuring to Pitt fan to know you have Wanny in the September of his years.

No shit. Pitt-Iowa. Ugh.
That's an epic matchup by CFB non-conference standards. College football doesn't start until October anyways. For an exhibition game, Iowa-Pitt isn't a bad matchup.
One freaking game against WV had some folks forgetting how lame Wanny generally is as a HC. Losing to BG and having Buffalo go toe-to-toe has brought them back down to earth. Luckily for Wanny his AD is his old buddy Pedey who is too arrogant to admit when he is wrong. As long as Wanny is recruiting(Pedey is all about recruiting) and doesn't have a total shit season he'll be back.
You gonna bark all day little doggie or are you gonna bite?

I have been saying that all along. When I saw all the pre season press they were getting I couldn't help but laugh. They may very well be better than they were last year, but it will not be as big of an improvement as the "pundits" have suggested.
To pile on even more, people in Pittsburgh are now saying, "maybe Pitt doesn't have as much talent as we thought".
What is this - a game of fucking telephone?
What is possible goes instantly from a potentiality to a sacrosanct BIG TIME POWER CFB FACT these days.
Possibility: Wanny, a former (but failed and fired!!) NFL coach, comes home to Pitt and implements an NFL playbook that rolls through the Big East and wins MNCs.
Possibility: Wanny recruits more local beef for Pitt's trenches.
Possibility --> REALITY, without a hitch. How does this come to be? It's not just the few Pitt fans still around, or the Pitt sports op-ed guys...it's the 4 letter networks.
I still maintain that Wanny is a step up on Walt Harris as a HC, but the shine has been worn off completely.

What's wrong with seeing Walt Harris in a porno? Are you a homophobe? Because if you are you're a piece of shit. I hate people that discriminate against others. By the way, you're from Pennsylvania so you must be a loser. I'm cool cuz I'm from California where we don't discriminate and are tolerant to everyone's beliefs. I also like sucking dick.
