He looked bad versus UVA. His team looked awesome though.

Last night, He and the whole team looked awesome.

I guess Dirty Sanchez just made some bad decisions in the first game. I guess I shouldnt have lumped him in with the OSUs QB

Dude, WTF?

Sanchez had a pretty decent game even if it was against a pretty sucky team in UVA.

Only 26/35 for 338 and 3 TDs and 1 INT.

I hardly thinked he looked bad and if he 'just made some bad decisions' there sure as hell weren't many.
As for last night he looked like crap in his first series last night and that was it. He settled his nerves after that and you saw the rest.

All I can really do is just c-p my last post because you pretty much said "WTF? Let me say the exact shit you just said."

UVA sucks dick. Tyler Lorenzen looked like a god playing against them, but looked like shit versus Hofstra and Temple. I thought Sanchez would make more bad decisions like he did versus UVA and OSU would capitalize on them where UVA couldnt but he didnt. Like I said....

Nah I meant a better QB like Chris Rix.

Ps. FSUs QB this year is Ponder

I knew XL was gone.

What do you think (honestly) about FSU this year? I know they've got guys out for the first 3 games, but you guys might have an easy go of it in the ACC this year. Thoughts? I can't really tell off of who they've played so far....
FSU can easily get a winning record this year outside of that i am not too confident. You cant really judge a team by beating up D1AA schools. The o-line is young and our starting kicker is out for the first 6 weeks.

If FSU gets in a close game, they will lose. The kicking game will suck until gano comes back and he might not be back in time for the VT game. Ponder is just a sophmore playing behind two Sophmores and three freshmen on the line. I will be happy if FSUs line just improves as the season rolls a long and we get a solid ground game going.

I know everyone thinks the ACC sucks and I agree that the ACC is down but FSU gets everyones A-game. Even though we have been down, every ACC team still wants to beat that name. Its the same for ND, Michigan, Alabama, ect. Even when they have their down years, other teams still feel good about beating them.

Wake is going for three in a row against us this next week and they are ranked a head of us. Now why is FSU favored in this game? I am taking wake and the points. For some reason people see Wake-FSU and think FSU is going to roll. I wish it still were that way.

So you still insist that he looked bad?

If by "bad" you mean he looked pretty good, then you're right.

With that supporting cast playing against UVA, you and me would look good.

He made some bad decisions versus UVA. Its not like UVA forced Sanchez in bad situations. Luckily that didnt carry over into the OSU game and if that is the worst game of his career then USC is looking at some good times for the next two years there is no doubt about that.

Any QB that plays UVA this year will look pretty darn good if they have a decent O-Line and ground game.

Here is some stats to show you how impressive that performance over UVA was for sanchez...
http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/player/pr ... rId=169130

A QB that struggled passing against Hofstra and Temple somehow had no problem with UVA.

You seem to have a problem with the fact that I think your QB is surrounded by all-american talent. Sorry if I am a little critical if he is making stupid throws versus UVA when UVA has one of the worst pass defenses in the country.

So whats your problem greg? If everyone isnt on their knees for everyone of USCs players like ESPN is, you are going to cry like a bitch. God Damn. I came clean and your still fucking whining like a bitch.

I agree. Wake has a pretty good team this year, and FSU will have some players suspended. No reason to expect FSU to steamroll them.

I'm not whining T but I guess I don't get what you're saying and I guess I sure as hell can't disagree with you either.

Fine, according to you he looked bad...WTF ever. I never said he was perfect or that he played a great game. He was hardly bad.
I'll take a "bad" game like that every Saturday and hope he gets better.

Exactly.

When I see big time teams play a shit team, I just look at the negatives because you are suppose to have positives all around when playing a shit team.

I was not impressed by Sanchez after the UVA game. I was impressed with USC but not Sanchez. His stats were awesome but I wasnt sold yet on him

After the OSU game, I think everyone is impressed with him.

Its going to take USC having a off week for someone to take them out in the regular season.

Ok, that I can understand to a degree.

I also had to consider this when playing UVA (and maybe this is why we don't exactly see eye to eye)...

It was Sanchez' 4th career start. Sanchez was also coming off of a dislocated kneecap, an injury he suffered 3 weeks before the opener @ UVA.
Sooooo, considering that he looked pretty good. I think he'll continue to get better and become a little more mobile than he is now.
