This is effing horsepuckey! If I don't win I will SPAM this site like crazy. Come on, I didn't post for like 5 weeks cuz the Hawks were losing. Then they finally won a game and I posted. This is all I ask for this Christmas from this board. I don't even think I'm being greedy here.

this is was my logic...and then the Cal/Pac 10 comparative score=meaning something takes. Okie State *only beat* wazzou by "x", Pac 10 is therefore better than the SEC multiplied by the Big XII and Vince Lombardi.....never mind that that means Middle Tennessee is better than Cal.

additionally, hard to leave out the Cal beats SC if not for the refs take. one play=two score loss?

Iowa is going to the Outback. MSU to the CapOne. Outback is a better bowl. Better town, better stadium, better atmosphere. That said, the CapOne should take Iowa because it would make for a better game. Sparty will get rolled by Georgia or Ole Miss. Iowa can hang with those teams. Sparty would have a better shot at LSU or South Cakalaki. I'm all about good matchups in the bowl games and I think it would help the Big-10's reputation out if they put Iowa in the CapOne and Sparty in the Outback. We can go 2-0 that way. Instead it will be 1-1.

I'd also like to see Northwestern go to the Champs Sports Bowl instead of the Alamo so they have a shot to win. Put Minnesota in the Alamo and let them get rolled by Mizzou. Neither of those teams has a shot in hell of winning that game anyways, but I don't think Minnesota can win the Champs Sports. Northwestern can.

Unfortunately it looks as if MSU will go to CapOne (and get rolled), Iowa to Outback (should win that one), Northwestern to Alamo (no shot), and Minnesota to Champs Sports Bowl (slim chance). If we're lucky OSU and PSU will split the BCS games. Best case scenario the Big-10 goes 2-4 in those games but if they set it up for better matchups we could go more like 4-2.

I understand you got scoreboard. That's fabulous but the better team did not win that game. You needed 3 red zone turnovers to beat us by basically a yard......on your home field.......early in conference play. But Iowa's got a better running back, a better O-line, a better defense, and a QB that's at least equal to what Sparty's got. I wish we could play again. It wouldn't even be close and you know it.
