Couple of Upcoming shows I am attending

So I am headed to

Disturbed/Killswitch Engage, Lacuna Coil, and Chimarra next Monday in Charlotte...really interested in seeing Chimarra and Killswitch...although I do like some of Distuburds older stuff...

then in October going to see Metallica in Charlotte...I wish they would just play from the Black Album back or better yet just play from And Justice back...scored tickets in a small box (4 office type chairs with our own space) from a neighbor...in between the lower level and on the same level as the luxury boxes but a little toward the corner...stage in center...

those are a couple...hopefully Lamb Of God hits Charlotte on the new tour...

Nice. I'm going to be seeing Dinosaur Jr. in Baltimore and the Shins in DC, both in May. Never seen Dinosaur Jr. before and this will be my second time (third opportunity) to see the Shins. I know PUSFAN loves the Shins.

Feel the Pain is their most well known radio single (if their only), Raisans, Furry Little Things, Tarpit, In a Jar, Poledo are all great.

I caught the KSE show and it was great. I am going to see Candlebox later this month. I also have tickets to catch Testament in June. I am looking forward to that! Lamb of God is here on Friday with Children of Bodom. I wish I could go but I have relatives coming into town and cannot.

I saw Metallica on this tour. Bad Ass. This was my 14th Metallica show. They played 5 songs off of DM. The rest was off Master, Ride, Kill'em All, Justice and the Black Album. There was nothing off of Load, Re-load or St. Anger. They also played Fight Fire with Fire and The Four Horseman.

That's pretty impressive. Too bad I'll never forgive them for suing their own fans.

They could play Ride and Master with a sprinkling of Justice and Kill Em All and I would be happy...


I want to see Lamb of God...but the closest is the redneck vegas (Myrtle Beach) right now and timing for me to get out there sucks...

hopefully they come back around I like the new album...
