I don't think the Magic come out of the East if Garnett is there and I don't know that the Lakers beat the full Celtics squad either. The way Orlando blew games 2 and 4, I don't see the Celtics gagging on those games.

For the record though, no, I won't call this tainted, or anything of the sort. A big part of winning an NBA championship is simply surviving the marathon. The Lakers did it. The Celtics didn't.
